Adopting the green concept for building as a place for human activities will be proved a sustainable environment. However, caring about the environment through habit in the early stage of human life is valuable. This study aims to find how green building school encourages students to be aware of their environment; and know the application of the green concept in their school. This research uses the green design and the habitus theory to explore how habits can be formed deliberately and how the actors in the school can create communities that are aware of the environment. It showed that the sustainable architecture and eco-environment encourage the user to be familiar with the environmental concept. Those were applying sustainable materials like bamboo to construct the building; utilization of solar energy and biogas as electricity; recycling animal waste into fertilizer; windmills through underground tunnels as air conditioners; and organic gardening. The green concept in the school creates a green environment and encourages students to establish green concepts in their minds. This study shows that the sustainable architecture and eco-friendly environment make the userspace familiar with the environment-friendly concept.
Plastic is one material that is often used by humans for various things, such as bags of groceries to food packaging. Plastic is a popular material used in common be- cause it is considered practical. On the other side, plastic also harms the environment if it is not used, because of the nature of the plastic that is difficult to decompose even though it has buried for decades. The increase in plastic waste that sourcing from daily activity needs to address immediately; one of them is through socialization and exposure to the public on the importance of reducing plastic waste. Public Service Announcements (PSA) are quite useful in informing an appeal to the public because they place more emphasis on the public interest that seeks to in-still awareness about the social issues in circulation. PSA can implement through information media such as newspapers, radio, posters to multimedia such as audio-visual media, which are increasingly popular these days due to the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In designing PSA, one of the stages that needs to be done is the creation of storyboards in the pre-production stage. The storyboard contains technical indicators such as picture descriptions, cameras, lighting and supporting properties visualized in the sketch. The suitability and the smooth production of advertisements or cinema are very dependent on the preproduction stage, one of which is the creation of storyboards.
Dalam stastistik Kebudayaan Indonesia tahun 2019, memaparkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki 2.744 warisan budaya benda, 819 Warisan budaya tak benda, dan 2700 kesenian yang tersebar dalam 34 provinsi. Dari sekian banyak kebudayaan yang ada di Indonesia, dalam tulisan ini penulis akan berfokus pada kebudayaan yang terdapat di daerah Banyumas. Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Dinporabudpar) Banyumas meliris beberapa kesenian asli Bayumas yang terancam punah, yaitu: Gondolio, Tari Buncis, Dhalang Jemblung, Sintren, Rengkong, Cepetan, Rinding, dan Baritan. Sumber ide penciptaan dalam karya film dokumenter berjudul Nguri-uri Banyumasan ini berupa kebudayaan asli Banyumas yang terancam punah. Proses pembuatan film ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu pra produksi, Produksi dan Pasca Produksi. Film Dokumenter ini mendeskripsikan beberapa budaya tradisional Banyumas yang terancan punah, dengan tujuan menyediakan alternatif media informasi dalam bentuk digital. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya pelestarian kebudayaan tradisional Banyumas dari kepunahan.
The gallery is a space of interaction between artists and audiences. In the era of pamdemik covid, gallery space was closed due to physical distancing. Imaginary space is built by utilizing communication and information technology. Instagram as a digital platform is widely used as a space for building artistic interactions. Through the hashtag of Corona Art Museum, the writer looks for some visual works to be used as object of analysis. Verbal and visual signs in the visual content will be dissected using the classification of signs: icons, indexes, symbols from Charles S. Peirce and the system of meaning production of codes using The Five Code: Hermeunetic, Narrative, Cultural, Semantik & Symbolic from Roland Barthes. The reading of visual signs will use the Sumbo Tinarbuko Triadik in looking at aspects of visual communication. The results of reading visual signs will reveal how visual content in an imaginary space can be a space of expression and the existence of an artist / designer.
