The purpose of this essay was to illustrate the radiological and pathological findings in a wide spectrum of dural lesions mimicking meningiomas. Familiarity with and knowledge of these findings will narrow the differential diagnosis and provide guidance for patient management. In this pictorial review, we describe the following entities: Solitary fibrous tumors, hemangiopericytoma, gliosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, dural metastases, Hodgkin's disease, plasmocytoma, Rosai-Dorfman disease, neurosarcoidosis, melanocytic neoplasms and plasma cell granuloma.
The complexity of teachers' work, the ever increasing demands of their role and the special conditions of their work environment are the cause of their work related anxiety.The School Counselor (SC) can contribute to alleviate all occupational anxiety by means of support and leadership.The aim of our project is to investigate the level of work related anxiety of preschool teachers, the factors contributing to this, as well as the contribution of the SC to its minimization. Finally, we portray the profile of the desirable leading figure of the-School Counselor, his/her role, and characteristics, as such are described by preschool teachers.
A bst ra ct . The present survey aims at exploring the views of the nursery school teachers of the Achaia Prefecture in relation to the use of Art in the education process. Their views were identified with regard to the content, the potential benefits and the form of a relative training action. Both the questionnaire and the personal interview were chosen as the methods for conducting the present survey. The results of the survey showed that the nursery teachers consider important the use of art in the education process and identified the fields where they think it has a positive contribution. In addition they demonstrated the difficulties associated with the relevant interventions and, finally, they described the characteristics and the content of a potential training related to the arts in education, which they wished to follow.
