The implementation of Data Mining is very much needed by UD Andar because this trading business sells various types of products. This trading business sells powdered herbal medicine, plastic bags, food & beverage ingredients, and frozen foods that are in demand by consumers. Judging from the large number of consumer requests, it turns out that there are several best-selling and not-selling products, so based on the last 1 year data, a prediction of the best-selling product sales is needed, in order to make it easier for trading businesses in planning stock providers. Because the current system is still manual, the data obtained is less accurate and efficient. So to overcome this, we need a sales prediction system for best-selling products with data mining techniques using the k nearest neighbor method. This research produces a system of k nearest neighbor algorithms in data mining techniques that help to predict the sales of the best-selling products at UD Andar
This service activity is carried out in the form of workshop where health and safe Internet became it's theme which was aimed to increasing the knowledge of women, especially the women of Bhayangkari Polsek Porsea in using the internet in a healthy and safe manner. The target audience of this Service Program are 20 women from bhayangkari Polsek Porsea. The method used are the lecture method, direct discussion and also question and answer. The material provided includes such as Women in the Technological Era, Empowering Women through Internet Technology, and also Healthy and Safe Internet. The benefits obtained from this service are the first is to improve current knowledge of technology for the women, the second is to increase the knowledge of the women roles in technology and the third is to educate the internet ethics and its benefits for herself and the family, children especially. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Safira Bakery yang merupakan usaha milik perseorangan berdiri pada 26 September 2015 oleh Ibu Sukma Dewi, AMG (Sukma) di Batu Bara. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah di era digitalisasi saat ini, hampir semua usaha melakukan pemasaran secara konvensional dan melalui website atau social media. Pada tahun 2020 Safira Bakery memutuskan menggunakan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) khususnya untuk pengelolaan pelanggan melalui penyediaan website. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Implementasi CRM pada Safira Bakery. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu hasil analisis kemudian dibandingkan dengan indicator keberhasilan implementasi CRM yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Safira Bakery. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Besaran sampel ditentukan berdasarkan pendapat Roscoe dalam Sugiono (2015) dimana sampel ditentukan antara 30 sampai 500 orang.Data responden diolah menggunakan deskriftif frequencies. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CRM pada Safira Bakery belum dilakukan secara maksimal. Data responden menyatakan bahwa 66.7% responden bukan pelanggan baru melainkan pelanggan tetap yang sering melakukan pembelian di Safira Bakery.Pendapatan Safira Bakery juga megalami penuruan pasca diterapkannya strategi CRM. Dan 100% responden menyatakan bahwa tidak ada informasi yang dikirim admin secara berkala ke pelangan.Â
: Decision Support System is a system that is able to provide problem solving skills and communication skills for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. Problems that often occur at the Asahan District Agriculture Office are related to determining the recipient of fertilizer assistance that is not right on target, to farmer groups who should deserve it but don't get it, because every year the number of farmers is increasing but the availability of fertilizer is limited. The method used in this Decision Support System (DSS) is the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method so that decision makers can easily determine prospective farmer groups who deserve assistance. This method will help make decisions from several criteria used for the alternative choices. Therefore, the Asahan Regency agriculture office needs an application that can make it easier to determine prospective farmer groups who receive fertilizer assistance. Abstrak: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan sistem yang mampu memberikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah maupun kemampuan pengkomunikasian untuk masalah dengan kondisi semi terstruktur dan tak terstruktur. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan yaitu menyangkut penentuan penerima bantuan pupuk yang tidak tepat sasaran, pada kelompok tani yang seharusnya layak mendapatkan namun tidak mendapatkannya, dikarenakan setiap tahunnya jumlah petani semakin meningkat namun ketersediaan pupuk terbatas. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) ini adalah metode Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) agar para pengambil keputusan dapat dengan mudah menentukan calon kelompok tani yang layak mendapatkan bantuan. Metode ini akan membantu mengambil keputusan dari beberapa kriteria yang digunakan terhadap alternatif pilihannya. Oleh karena itu dinas pertanian Kabupaten Asahan membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dalam mentukan calon kelompok tani yang menerima bantuan pupuk.
