Este artículo intenta posicionar la teoría de las representaciones sociales como un marco apropiado para abordar la investigación social educativa. Dentro de este marco epistemológico se plantea la importancia de analizar las prácticas de lectura y escritura, en donde maestros y estudiantes, en tanto seres sociales y productores de significaciones, son los actores fundamentales. Para ello, se problematiza la categoría sujeto, seguidamente, se menciona la emergencia de un pensamiento ternario en la investigación social educativa y finalmente se argumenta la pertinencia de la teoría de las representaciones sociales en la investigación educativa sobre lectura y escritura.
Las mujeres y hombres jóvenes construyen discursos y relatos en base a sus experiencias y cotidianidad, es por eso que sus nociones y maneras de referirse a las realidades están estrechamente ligadas a su género. Estos modos -para este caso-explícitos en categorías léxicas (adjetivos), temas y uso de metáforas, entendidas genéricamente como tropos de pensamiento que vinculan finamente el pensamiento y el lenguaje.Palabras clave. Abstract.Young men and women create speeches and stories based on their experiences and everyday life. That is why their notions and ways of referring to realities, are closely linked to their gender. These modes -for this particular case-explicit in lexical categories (adjectives), topics, and use of metaphors, which are generically understood as tropes of thinking, finely link thought to language.
This paper presents a general analysis of the state of the art studies in international and national context (Colombia) about academic writing university. Its objective is to establish the current state of intellectual field and propose new investigative trails that explain, con-textualize and better understand the problems that students present concerning academic writing university. The documents found, research and thesis-were examined and analyzed using the approaches, methodology and theoretical frameworks found in them. The results of the study indicate that, in general, the research trend in academic writing, including the university, has been more focused on the strategy (De Certeau, 1996) via regulation and discipline of writing practices, which in the identification and own analysis of the tactics and practices of scriptural academic work of students and teachers. Rare are the works that document practices and analyze the social representations to see what happens from the field dominated towards a strategy, and what relationships and discontinuities are established between them.
