Latar Belakang: Pola asuh ibu merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting. Pola asuh merupakan perilaku ibu dalam mengasuh balita mereka. Ibu dengan status pola asuh baik cenderung memiliki anak yang memiliki status gizi yang baik pula. Desa Sanggrahan, Kecamatan Prambanan Kabupaten Klaten didapatkan sebanyak 12 Balita yang terdata mengalami stunting. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan Ibu dengan Angka Kejadian stunting di Desa Sanggrahan, Prambanan, Klaten. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sebanyak 85 responden. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji analisis Kendal Tau. Hasil: Rata-rata hasil pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting dalam kategori baik (76,5%), distribusi frekuensi kejadian stunting pada anak relative rendah (14,1%), Hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting diketahui nilai p = 0.000 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi = 0.731. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian stunting di Desa Sanggrahan, Prambanan, Klaten, dibuktikan dengan kekuatan hubungan termasuk dalam kategori kuat (73%).
Introduction: Street children still become a big concern in the world, and United Nations has concerns about a homeless child or live-in poverty. Dysfunction of the family process has the worst implication for the child as a vulnerable population. It does not only increase anxiety and depression but also leads to self-neglect especially among street children. The nurse especially the mental health nurse and community nurse needs to identify the risk factor of dysfunctional family process and self-neglect to make possible prevention and intervention for street children. This study aims to determine the correlation between the dysfunction of the family process and the self-neglect of street children in Yogyakarta. Methods: The sample was 90 street children who are from the district in Yogyakarta. The sample was taken by accidental sampling technique, with the sampling criteria: 1) the street children who live in Yogyakarta, 2) willing to fill inform consent, 3) both boys or girls, 4) age 10-21 years old, 5) not marriage yet. The instrument was using a dysfunction of family process questionnaire and self-neglect questionnaire which are both are developed from NANDA-I Nursing Diagnoses. The data analysis was used Pearson Correlation Test. Results: The mean score of dysfunctions of the family process is 109 and self-neglect has a mean score of 28.33. There was a significant relationship between dysfunction of family process and self-neglect among street children in Yogyakarta (p= 0.000) with a correlation coefficient were 0.659. Conclusions: There was a significant relationship between dysfunction of family process and self-neglect among street children in Yogyakarta
Mental and social problems experienced by the elderly who live in the most frequent homes are lonely, if loneliness in the elderly is not treated, then there will be a serious impact that arises depression. Some studies suggest that the elderly who live in homes have a higher risk of loneliness than the elderly who live at home together with their families. The purpose of the research carried out is to determine the relationship of social interaction with loneliness in the elderly at the Social Services Home of the Elderly X Yogyakarta. The research method uses correlation description with cross sectional design, purposive sampling with a total sample of 51 respondents, the research instrument uses questionnaires and the analysis method uses the Kendall's Tau test. The results showed the elderly in the social services house of the elderly X Yogyakarta with statistical analysis showed a significant relationship with a P-value of 0,000 (<0,05) with a relationship value of -0,508. Conclusion There is a relationship of social interaction with loneliness in the medium category.
Background: Hypertension is non-contagious disease caused by several factors such as stress, obesity, nutritions, and life style. Some people were known to consume junk food, smoking, and never routinely exercise. Objective: The aim is to find out the relationship of knowledge and life style with hypertension at Puskesmas Depok 2 Condong Catur Sleman Yogyakarta. Method: This is an analytical correlation research with cross sectional method. This research was conducted outpatient who attended Puskesmas Depok 2 Condong Catur Sleman Yogyakarta using purposive sampling as many with 129 patients. Result: Knowledge as general is enough 48,1% and life syle(41,1%). Hypertension as moderate level 49,6%. Ther is correlation between knowledge and life style with hypertention p value 0,000. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between knowledge and life style with hypertension.
Introduction : Knowledge is the result of knowing, and this happens after people sensing a certain object. caring behavior is a basic form of nursing practice with patience, honesty, confidence, presence, touch, affection. In general Caring behavior is an action that is based on care, compassion, skills, empathy, responsibility, and support. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the knowledge of third-level nurses about caring behaviour at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan in 2020. Method : This study uses a qualitative method where the data collection is done by interviewing as many as 5 questions so as to be able to dig deeper about behaviour caring knowledge. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling of 5 participants. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The results obtained: Result : Caring is a form of caring, caring, actions towards others and others. Caring behavior is a behavior or habit of caring for others and others. Caring behavior is a way for someone to meet the needs of patients during treatment, both physical needs and emotional needs of patients. Conclusion : How to provide caring behavior in nursing practice by giving attention, affection, security and comfort both with touch, presence and action. Concerns when giving caring behavior in nursing practice in approaching patients, when speaking often feel less confident. The problems faced in nursing practice are ego, emotional attitude and lack of respeck from the patient which makes attitudes and actions more uncaring and less confident in taking action.
