Kalla II long is one of the direct causes of the high maternal mortality rate inthe world. In dr. M Yunus in 2011 of women giving birth in 1047 of 196 (18.72%) of themothers had prolonged second stage of labor, and in 2012 of 1060 women giving birth as215 (20.28%) mothers had prolonged second stage. The research objective is to determinewhat are the factors associated with the incidence of prolonged second stage of labor inthe CI Space Hospital Midwifery. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu city.This study design was adescriptive cross sectional analytic approach. The population is all women giving birth inhospitals M.Yunus Bengkulu in 2012 as many as 1060 people. 290 samples were taken bypurposive sampling. Collecting data using secondary data.The results show most womengiving birth (51.4%) multiparous, most maternal (54.1%) aged less than 20 years andmore than 35 years, almost half of women giving birth (42.8%) fetal weight more than4000 grams, and the maternal part (50%) experienced a prolonged second stage, and therewas a significant association between parity with prolonged second stage, there was asignificant association between maternal age with prolonged second stage, there was asignificant association between fetal weight with time II time.Under these conditions it isexpected that the hospitals Dr.M. Yunus care delivery can minimize the risk of morbidityand maternal and infant mortality by improving the quality and quantity of theproposition, infrastructure and human resources that are reliable and competent.
Di Indonesia angka keputihan setiap tahunnya selalu meningkat hingga mencapai 70% pada tahun 2018, dan masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang sering terjadi pada masa remaja putri yaitu terjadinya keputihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan personal hygiene dengan kejadian keputihan di SMA Negeri 03 Kota Bengkulu Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa perempuan kelas XI di SMA Negeri 03 Kota Bengkulu yang diambil secara teknik purposive sampling dan di dapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 67 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi squeare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 67 responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik 19 orang (28,4%), responden yang berpengetahuan cukup 21 orang (31,3%) dan responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 27 orang (40,3%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 67 responden yang mengalami keputihan sebanyak 31 orang (46,3%) dan responden yang tidak mengalami keputihan sebanyak 36 orang (53,7%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis Bivariat chi squere menunjukkan ρ= 0,020 (< α= 0,05) hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan personal hygiene terhadap kejadian keputihan di SMA Negeri 03 Kota Bengkulu Tahun 2022. Diharapkan bagi SMA Negeri 03 Kota Bengkulu mampu mengaktifkan lagi kegiatan PIK-R sehingga penyuluhan mengenai pengetahuan personal hygiene bisa terlaksana. Cervical cancer is a disease with the highest cases in the world. Primary services with cervical cancer screening use IVA tests as a form of promotion and preventive health services. Health BPJS provides guarantees to participants who have performed cervical cancer screening without fees. The coverage of cervical cancer screening in Bengkulu City is 1.44%, while the WHO target is 80%. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the BPJS health service system in cervical cancer screening in Bengkulu City in 2017. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Subjects or informants in this study were BPJS staff in the Primary Services section, Head of P2M Section of the Health Office, a program implementing midwives in the Puskesmas, health BPJS participants who have performed cervical cancer screening. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews. Data processing is done by describing the contents. The results showed that the implementation of cervical cancer screening was not optimal. The implementing staff is not by the rules that are determined, the limitations of cryotherapy equipment are only found in one puskesmas, there is no specific funding source provided for program development, and monitoring activities are only carried out once a year. Suggestions for relevant institutions to be able to increase the number of implementing personnel through training so that implementation is more optimal, and implementing officers can increase socialization, counseling, and collaborate with influential parties in order to increase the coverage of cervical cancer screening.
Women of reproductive age in Indonesia are estimated to be 55% experienced pain during menstruation. The impact of dysmenorrhea is alarming to women's comfort. Even about 10% of women who experience menstrual pain can not follow daily activities. The results of the initial survey found that students who experience dysmenorrhea on average do not know how to handle/overcome pain during menstruationknowing the effect of finger gymnastics therapy on the decrease of pain Dismenore on schoolgirl SMKN 07 Kota Bengkulu. This research uses a research type of pre-experiment pre-post test. The samples of this research are all students who experienced disminore in SMKN 07 Kota Bengkulu as many as 30 people. Data collection using observation sheet. Statistical analysis using t-test. The results showed that the average of pain group intensity of hand-held finger therapy was 1.67 which included mild pain, the mean value of pain intensity in the control group was 3.53 which included mild pain leading to moderate pain. Significantly related groups of hand-held finger therapy. The results of this study are expected to be used as one of the efforts to overcome disminore on SMKN 07 Kota Bengkulu through community service activities.
Rasa nyeri persalinan disebabkan proses kontraksi dari Rahim dalam usaha untuk mengeluarkan buah kehamilan. Dalam persalinan, nyeri yang timbul menyebabkan stress, dan rasa khawatir berlebihan. Mengatasi rasa nyeri persalinan yaitu dengan terapi farmakologis dan non-farmakologis. Terapi non-farmakologi berupa pijat endorphin dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan dan dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk diketahui intensitas nyeri persalinan dan pengaruh pengaruh pijat endorphin terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri persalinan dengan melakukan literature review beberapa artikel terkait. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan desain penelitian eksperiment design. Sumber Pencarian literatur menggunakan empat database yaitu: Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, Indonesia One Search dan SINTA dengan tahun terbit 2016-2020. Seleksi studi sesuai kriteria inkulsi dengan prisma checklist dari judul, abstrak, full text dan dinilai kelayakan studi selanjutnya dianalisis dari temuan studi.Hasil pencarian terdapat 10 jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria inkulsi. Setelah ditabulasi dan dianalisis 10 studi menggunakan eksperiment design dan secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa ibu bersalin mengalami nyeri persalinan dengan intensitas nyeri ringan, nyeri sedang, nyeri berat dan secara keseluruhan studi menunjukkan bahwa terapi pijat endorphin memberikan pengaruh terhadap internsitas nyeri persalinan. Kesimpulan pijat endorphin merupakan intervensi yang layak diberikan untuk penurunan intensitas nyeri persalinan. Kata Kunci: Pengaruh, Pijat Endorphin, Nyeri, Persalinan kala I
