This paper aims to conduct exploratory research into dissemination of the purpose of the Industry 4.0 concept in Brazil, especially in the Architecture, Engineering and Civil Construction (AEC) sector. For this aim, a survey was conducted in on line magazines. In Brazilian territory the theme arises since 2016 in traditional manufacturing sector. In AEC the papers on these organizational mechanisms are incipient, especially when talking about possible networks of connections between clients, production, machines with data feedback and specialized programming.

The objective of this essay is to comprehend the guiding principles of habitation in the 1960s through the analysis of the city with Yona Freidman's megastructures; of Kisho Kurokawa didatic materials regarding capsules; and João Filgueiras Lima's production process through industrialization. The megastructures of Yona Friedman were structures with functions of a city, utilized emerging technologies and their objective was to shelter the population in a living space. The flexibility of the environments, the user's mobility and participation were fundamental. The Capsules, components of the living, involucres to the human living and industrially produced, proposed autonomy and symbiosis between man and machine. The Industrialization was comprehended as an instrument to achieve fariness and result of the collective social conscience. To Lima, the habitat is composed by the necessary parts for the human development, composed by the urbanization, habitation and social equipments.

pesquisa/Abordagens: foram utilizados métodos e técnicas pertinentes à metodologia de Avaliação Pós-Ocupação (APO). O campo da pesquisa é composto por 128 unidades, a amostra da pesquisa conta com 51 apartamentos. Como instrumentos de pesquisa foram aplicados questionário, captadas imagens fotográficas e levantadas medidas e disposições do mobiliário. Resultados: há uma incompatibilidade entre usos e ocupação dos espaços. Verificou-se uma sobreposição de funções nos diversos ambientes. Os grupos familiares se apresentam de forma diversificada, com modos de vida diferentes que são pouco considerados no projeto do conjunto. Contribuições/Originalidade: há uma quantidade significativa de unidades com internet e a presença desse meio de informação não está relacionado com a renda familiar.
