PEB Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative which is intended for employees of PT. PEB, is engaged in the garment industry. Established since 15 years with the number of cooperative members who are permanent employees of the company. This cooperative becomes an economical shelter to meet the needs of its employees. Technology in admin data processing is still simple using Microsoft Excel tools, in applications that connect members with admins on this system have not been designed, so from the background of this research will design a web-based and android-based savings and loan cooperative information system This design uses the waterfall model which will take a sequential design making it easier for developers and users. The hope is that this design will help make transactions for savings, loans, deposits, data collection, and reports to members, admins and leaders. The results obtained from the questionnaire with the System Usability Scale method in this savings and loan cooperative application are easy to use, faster, and practical, stated by the cooperative members by 84% and cooperative managers by 80%. It can be concluded that this application that has been designed can make it easier to carry out savings and loan transactions quickly and practically.
The rapid competition of business, it is necessary to implement the right strategies to support its business processes, one of which is through customer relationship management, with the aim of creating customer loyalty. Loyalty is expected to be done, ranging from customers who are looking for information to finish getting the service. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the right alternative solution to realize customer loyalty. Implement an e-CRM system by applying scrum methods and SWOT analysis. The SCRUM method is software that includes agile development that uses an object-oriented approach and includes planning, design, coding, and testing activities. Implementation of Scrum Modeling with three phases: pregame, scrum phase, post-game. After the application is evaluated with the SWOT method maximizes strengths and opportunities, but can simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats, from the sprint process that has been completed reviewed, and changes are needed. ABSTRACT In the business world in the company's time that applies information technology because technology is needed in the world of work to facilitate in completing a job so that it is more effective and efficient. One example of the development of information technology in the world of work or the business world is data processing systems. In case studies in cad business units still use manual recording, the management and input process is still manual so it is less effective, efficient, and there are errors in recording inaccurately. Peneliti designed a web-based paint sales and purchase application where this application can facilitate the sale and purchase of paint without location limitations. This method in design uses the Agile method with its continuous development in a process called Scrum that overcomes complexity in the work by making it easier to understand and transparent, allowing teams to examine and adapt depending on current conditions, not the predicted scenario. The implementation of the scrum method is built with framework and MySQL databases. Hasil from research system sales and purchase of web-based paints facilitates purchases, so that customers can make purchases through the website indefinitely, where customers can buy and transact and make it easier for admins to make sales, with this paint sales and purchase system to support a wider market reach without location limitations. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was chosen as a rapid design method with 5 steps of business modeling, data modeling, application design, and application deployment, testing. This method of RAD has the advantage of reducingthe overall development time so that it is suitable for the information system needed by the urgent company si. The results of the design of the booking servise application information system which is designed to have a saving time to make it easier for customers are proven by the test results with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method toget a value of 75 which is between the B-C (good-exellent) graphs. It can be concluded that the vehicle service booking application can provide convenience for admins, owners to control system management and customers for vehicle booking services.
