Penelitian dilakukan guna mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh Literasi Keuangan (Financial Literacy), Pengetahuan Investasi (Investment Knowledge), Motivasi Investasi (Investment Motivation) dan Pendapatan (Income) terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada masyarakat di Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan masyarakat di Batam. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak berpengaruh positif literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi pada masyarakat di Batam dan berpengaruh positif pengetahuan investasi, motivasi investasi dan pendapatan terhadap keputusan investasi pada masyarakat di Batam. Kata Kunci : Literasi Keuangan; Pengetahuan Investasi; Motivasi Investasi; Pendapatan; Keputusan Investasi.
The purpose of this article is to find out about a) the Tajhin Pheddis Tradition of the Madurese Community in Kuala Mandor B Kubu Raya. b) The Tajhin Pheddis tradition is a means of realizing Social Integration in West Kalimantan. The type of this research is a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the traditional leaders of Madura. While secondary data in the form of literature on the tradition of tajhin pedhis. Researchers also conducted participatory observations and interviews with informants. Henceforth, all data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The results of this study are tajhin peddhis which is carried out by ethnic Madurese, especially the people in Cahaya Baru Kuala Mandor B, which is a Selamatan which is held in the month of Muharrom. Tajhin peddhis in the form of rice porridge topped with a mixture of cassava, sliced omelet, nuts and chilies. Tajhin peddhis as a form of gratitude to Allah for His gift. This tradition is a vehicle for the formation of social integration in the form of normative integration, namely a social bond that occurs because of an agreement on values and norms.
The purpose of this study was to describe social studies learning outcomes with an Ethno pedagogy approach based on the tajhin pheddis tradition. The research method is classroom action research with the Spiral Model from Kemmis and Taggart. In general, four stages are usually passed, namely: Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. The subjects or informants are social studies teachers and Class VII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study's techniques and data collection tools were observation and interview techniques. Student learning outcomes have increased between cycle 1 and cycle 2. The increase in learning outcomes can be seen from the average cycle 1 of 62, 5. The average value in cycle II has increased by 79, 5, while the average presentation of completeness in the cycle This II increased to 80% of students who completed above the KKM score. Based on the average value and the percentage of classical learning completeness, it can be concluded that social studies learning with an ethnopedagogic approach based on the tajhin pheddis tradition can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. Learning with an ethnopedagogic approach through the tajhin tradition pheddis can be an approach in social studies learning that is meaningful learning. It is shown that the study results indicate an increase in student learning outcomes at MTs AL-Ikhlas Kuala Mandor B.
The purpose of this article is to analyze a) the tradition of the terrestrial Madurese community, b) the planning of the development of the value of social care through the terrestrial tradition in learning social studies. 3) Implementation of the development of the value of social care through the tradition of tererer in learning social science.This type of research is a Mixed Method with exploratory type (form) in the form of ethnographic research and classroom action research. Retrieval of data using observations, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by confirming the results of observations, interviews, documentation. Data credibility testing is done by extending observations, increasing persistence, triangulation of data, member checks, and references. Data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles Huberman.The results showed that 1) Ter -ater means sharing fortune with relatives, neighbors, teachers and people who are considered worthy of delivery. 2) Planning the development of social care values through the Terterer tradition in social studies learning is carried out with the KD analysis in accordance with the tererier tradition is KD3.2. and KD.3.3. 3) The implementation of the development of the value of social care through this terrestrial tradition is carried out by using two-cycle class action research. Furthermore, the results of the study showed that the first cycle was held four times. In cycle 1 it was found that the teacher had not been able to reach the activities of all students in the class and the learning activities were still very much dominated by the teacher. In the implementation of cycle 2 using the value approach and the learning approach to do this can increase the value of student care through the tererated tradition. The enthusiasm of students can be seen well when assigned to be involved in the activities of tererer in their environment, and students can focus their attention on the material presented
The 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak has changed the conventional learning system to an online learning system. Online learning system is an alternative that can solve this problem with the principles of human-machine friendship learning (HMFL). This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the implementation of human-machine Friendship learning at IKIP PGRI Pontianak, Indonesia. Lecturers and students become research subjects, especially those in the History Education Study Program of the IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The research employed a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological research. Data collection in this research was carried out by survey, interview and documentation. The results showed: (1) Implementation of HMFL of History Education Study Program of FIPPS IKIP PGRI Pontianak as a solution for implementing learning; (2) Effectiveness of Human-Machine Friendship Learning which is carried out in an effort to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 using the application as a whole, students are satisfied with flexible learning; (3) The challenges of implementing HMFL include the weak supervision and control of students, the problem of weak internet signals, especially in rural areas, and the relatively high cost of internet quota.
