The novelty of this article is the framework formed from the reference to previous international journal articles, findings of significance, and insignificance between variables. Artikel ini mereview kajian sebelumya sebagai penguat teori atau dasar penelitian selanjutnya. Artikel ini menelaah optimalisasi produktifitas dan penjualan pempek palembang dengan menggunakan metode integer programming. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi produksi di Warung Pempek Serasan agar tercipta pola yang efektif dan efisien untuk menciptakan keuntungan maksimal. Hasil kajian ini yaitu: 1) Optimalisasi produksi menggunakan metode integer programming bisa dipergunakan untuk menemukan gabungan produksi yang paling maksimal agar bisa mendapatkan hasil produksi tebaik 2) Menggunakan economic order quantity (EOQ) dapat dihitung maksimal atau minimal stok/persediaan agar stok bahan baku tidak mengalami kekurangan atau justru penumpukkan; 3) Menghitung break even point (BEP) dapat digunakan sebagai acuan target keuntungan yang harus diperoleh dalam sebuah penjualan suatu produk.
Employee well-being is an important issue that must be considered by the Human Resources Development department in every organization to be able to maximize employee performance and optimize organizational achievement. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review with sources from various journal publishers. The independent variables examined in this study are Leadership Agility, Workload, Organizational culture, and Career Adaptability. The results and this research show that the implementation of Employee well-being can be achieved if an organization has an agile leader, can analyze the ideal workload, has a positive work culture and has employees with good career adaptability. Suggestions for further research are to take data directly from the field so that the research results become more valid.
