Nowadays social media has become a lifestyle of some Indonesian people and libraries as one of the institutions that provide information services and providers of information sources for users. In addition to the phenomenon of the use of social media as mentioned above, in several studies on the use of social media in libraries it was found that at present there has begun to be growing awareness from libraries to use social media as a form of innovation from services provided by libraries to visitors. In this study trying to analyze the use of social media as a form of innovation, communication strategies and service creativity in the college library. The method used is descriptive analysis. In order for the use of social media in the library to be more optimal, there are several things that must be considered. Optimizing the use of social media in libraries needs to be done so that all available information can be conveyed properly.
This research aims to know the influence of the intensity of seeing ads selling cosmetics on instagram against level of knowledge and behavior of consumerist cosmetics young women. The population used in this research are students of SMKN 4 Yogyakarta aged 15 to 18 years old. This research method using Quantitative research methods of empirical research methods by means of Surveys using a questionnaire to respondents. The number of samples from this research is as much as 68 students from 212 class 2 and class 3 Department of Hairstyling and Hairstyling Skin SMKN 4 Yogyakarta.And the relevant theory used in this research is the theory of the S-R and Theory AIDDA. The results of this research to prove that there was significant influence between the intensity of seeing ads selling cosmetics on instagram with the level of knowledge and behavior of consumerist cosmetics young women have done the sums between t calculate the influence of X against the Y1 and Y2 X against influence, namely (4.899 + 2,559)/2 = 3.724 and summation of the p value (+ 0.000 0,013)/2 = 0.006. Thus the t value obtained synchronously (F) of 3.724 and p 0.006. With the p of 0.0006 0.05 then it means there are < significant influence between the intensity of seeing ads selling cosmetics on instagram with the level of knowledge and behavior of consumerist cosmetics young women.

Digitizing local content activities must pay attention to several problems that occur in the stages of digitalization, namely pre, digitalization and post-digitalization such as issues of legality / copy right, staff problems, the number of collections to be digitized and workflow settingsAbstrak : Sivitas Akademika Perguruan tinggi banyak menghasilkan koleksi local content dalam kegiatan akademisnya misalnya karya ilmiah, tugas akhir, skripsi, thesis, disertasi, artikel jurnal ilmiah dan sebagainya. Pengalihan bentuk koleksi local content dari bentuk fisik menjadi bentuk digital merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan penyimpanan dan penyebarluasan isi informasi didalamnya. Kegiatan digitalisasi local content harus memperhatikan beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi dalam tahapan-tahapan digitalisasi yaitu pra, digitalisasi dan pasca digitalisasi misalnya permasalahan legalitas/copy right, permasalahan staf, jumlah koleksi yang akan didigitalkan dan pengaturan alur kerja.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap dan norma subyektif yang menyangkut persepsi masyarakat gen Z terhadap tingkat intensi seseorang dalam menggunakan aplikasi musik streaming. Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada penggunaan Spotify dan Joox karena kedua aplikasi tersebut lebih umum digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kota Semarang dengan data yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada masyarakat gen Z di Semarang menggunakan skala Likert (1-5) dan diproses menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) terdapat pengaruh antara sikap gen Z terhadap intensi penggunaan streaming musik dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 9,884 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000, (ii) terdapat pengaruh antara norma subjektif terhadap intensi penggunaan streaming musik dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,321 dan tingkat signifikan 0,001, (iii) terdapat pengaruh antara sikap dan norma subjektif terhadap intensi penggunaan streaming musik dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 68,269 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan antara masyarakat generasi Z dengan penggunaan media digital serta mengetahui bagaimana pola konsumsi mereka berdasarkan pengaruh dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Sedangkan hasil penelitian ini akan berguna sebagai referensi perkembangan strategi bisnis industri musik kedepannya.
This study aims to analyze what factors can reduce the level of intention to quit on generation Y banking employees by increasing variables perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, through organizational commitment. From the existing research problems explain how to reduce the level of intention to quit for Generation Y employees in the banking sector in the city of Semarang.The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents but those who were willing to fill out questionnaires were 120 respondents. The sample determination was determined by the Non Probability Sampling method. The sample in this study is generation Y employees in the banking sector in Semarang City. The analysis tool used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results in this study indicate that the influence of the variable Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment is positive and significant. The second result in this study shows that the Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction with Intention to Quit is negative and significant. The third result in this study shows that the Organizational Commitment to Intention to Quit is negative and significant..
