ABSTRAK Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II melaksanakan kegiatan edukasi kesehatan lansia. Penduduk usia lanjut dengan kondisi demensia Alzheimer membutuhkan perhatian khusus. Jumlah penduduk lansia di Indonesia yang kian bertambah menjadi tantangan bagi keluarga-keluarga Indonesia. Kegiatan edukasi dilakukan secara online dalam bentuk workshop untuk memperkenalkan kasus demensia Alzheimer, cara merawat pasiennya dan mendeteksi gejala-gejalanya. Peserta adalah warga kompleks Depsos, para mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta mendeteksi dan merawat lansia dengan demensia Alzheimer. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara online dengan bantuan materi ajar yang dikemas dalam bentuk e-booklet dan video pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilengkapi dengan diskusi dan praktek bersama menggunakan instrumen Clockwise dan senam untuk mencegah penyakit Alzheimer. Kegiatan edukasi terselenggara dengan baik pada saat kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Demensia Alzheimer, Clockwise  ABSTRACT Poltekkes Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II carried out health education activities for the elderly. Elderly population with Alzheimer's dementia condition requires special attention. The increasing number of elderly people in Indonesia is a challenge for Indonesian families. Educational activities were carried out online in the form of workshops to introduce Alzheimer's dementia cases, how to treat patients and detect their symptoms. The participants were residents of the Ministry of Social Affairs complex, students and the general public. The purpose of this activity was to increase participants' knowledge and skills in detecting and caring for elderly people with Alzheimer's dementia. Activities carried out online were equipped with teaching materials in the form of e-booklets and learning videos. in this activity there were discussions, practice using Clockwise instruments and gymnastics to prevent Alzheimer's disease. This study aims to know how big the difference between dose distribution Rapid Arc and IMRT technique and gains on PTV dose 95%. This research is a descriptive qualitative research data obtained from Phantom to take three the size of the volume of the tumor is seen from the organs at risk of Medulla spinalis, heart, healthy and the lung from the results of the data processing and then analyzed the distribution of the received dose organs at risk. Data analysis is done using the Software eclipse. The result show received dose between flashes IMRT technique and Rapid arc technique on the size of the volume of cancer 250 cm 3 , 500 cm 3 , 750 cm 3 on the part of the heart and the lungs, Rapid arc provides better radiation dose compared with IMRT but only the medulla spinalis get higher doses but still below the maximum dose organ and gains received on PTV dose 95% with the technique of Rapid Arc higher than IMRT technique PERBANDINGAN DISTRIBUSI ORGAN BERESIKO DENGAN VARIASI UKURAN VOLUME TARGET MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK RAPID ARC DAN IMRT UNTUK KASUS KANKER PARU ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan distribusi dosis antara teknik Rapid Arc dan IMRT dan capaian dosis pada PTV 95%. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, data penelitian didapatkan dari Phantom dengan mengambil tiga ukuran volume tumor dilihat dari organ beresiko berupa Medulla spinalis, jantung, dan paru yang sehat dari hasil pengolahan data kemudian dianalisis distribusi dosis yang diterima organ at risk. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software eclipse hasil dosis yang diterima antara penyinaran teknik IMRT dan teknik Rapid Arc pada ukuran volume kanker 250 cm 3, 500 cm 3 , 750 cm 3 pada bagian jantung dan paru, Rapid arc memberikan dosis radiasi lebih baik dibandingkan IMRT tapi hanya bagian medulla Spinalis mendapatkan dosis yang lebih besar tapi masih dibawah dosis maksimal organ tersebut dan capaian dosis yang diterima pada PTV 95% dengan teknik Rapid Arc lebih tinggi dibandingkan teknik IMRT.
