Patients with LV dyssynchrony >/=65 ms respond to CRT and have an excellent prognosis after CRT.

Five-year outcome after deferral of PCI of an intermediate coronary stenosis based on FFR >/=0.75 is excellent. The risk of cardiac death or myocardial infarction related to this stenosis is <1% per year and not decreased by stenting.

In our tertiary CHD cohort, cardiac, obstetric, and neonatal complications were frequently encountered, and (new) correlations of maternal baseline data with adverse outcome are reported. A new risk score for adverse cardiac complications is proposed, although prospective validation remains necessary.
