This study aims to analyze the process of: 1) Formation of discipline character applied by the school in scout extracurricular activities. 2) Factors forming discipline and responsibility in scout extracurricular activities. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, in-depth interviews, photography and recording. Subjects studied were elementary school students of Muslimulan NU Kudus V grade in 2019/2020 school year who participated in scout extracurricular activities. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study note that the process of forming the character of the discipline and responsibilities of students in scouting activities is by the existence of various forms of activities that are interesting, challenging and fun. Like games, rigging, semaphores, morse, outbound, etc. Factors that shape the character of discipline and responsibility are divided into two factors. The first is internal factors; from oneself, the second external factor; from the school, family and community environment. Discipline and responsibility are two things that are mutually sustainable, so discipline can shape responsibilities and responsibilities can foster discipline.
Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah melihat dari latar belakang kendala pembelajaran daring yang dialami oleh siswa dan guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19 di SD 2 Tenggeles. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kendala pembelajaran daring yang dialami oleh siswa dan guru, dan mendeskripsikan solusi kendala pembelajaran daring di SD 2 Tenggeles pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh siswa yaitu siswa merasa jenuh karena selalu belajar di rumah, siswa tidak pernah bertemu untuk belajar dengan temannya dan siswa merasa kurang paham dalam memahami materi pelajaran. Selain itu kendala yang dialami guru adalah guru merasa pembelajan kurang maksimal kerena guru tidak bisa menyampaikan meteri secara tatap muka dan guru tidak bisa melihat perkembangan siswa dalam menguasai materi pelajaran. Solusi dari kendala yang dialami oleh siswa adalah orang tua selain mengasuh dan menemani anak dalam belajar diharapkan juga menggantikan peran guru untuk mengajari anak dalam memahami materi pelajaran yang sulit dan siswa diharapkan untuk bisa belajar kelompok dengan teman agar tidak jenuh dalam belajar di rumah. Lalu solusi dari kendala yang di alami oleh guru adalah guru dapat menghimbau orang tua untuk membiarkan anak mengerjakan soal evaluasi agar dapat melihat kemampuan anak dalam menguasai materi pelajaran. Berdasarkan kendala yang dialami oleh guru dan siswa solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah melakukan pembelajaran berbasis Blended Learning atau pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembelajaran berbasis komputer.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the reasons for the Singocandi Village community in implementing the Apitan tradition and to analyze the values of character education in the Apitan tradition of the Singocandi Village community.The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive types and field study methods. The research was conducted in Singocandi Village, Kota District, Kudus Regency. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and document study. Primary data sources were obtained from the results of observations and interviews with the pundhen caretaker Mbah Buyut Punjol, village officials, and the traditional committee of Apitan Alms Earth, Singocandi Village. As for the secondary data sources, researchers were obtained from supporting documents. Testing the validity of the data used the technique and source triangulation techniques. In this study, technical triangulation was carried out by combining data received from observations, interviews, and documents. Meanwhile, source triangulation was carried out by combining interview data from various sources.The results showed that the reason Singocandi Village people still carry out the Apitan tradition is as a form of preserving the nation's cultural heritage and to respect the struggles of the ancestors of the Indonesian nation. In the Apitan tradition there are also character education values such as religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, creative, love for the country, social care, and caring for the environment that need to be instilled in the nation's future generations. Therefore, this tradition must be preserved and introduced to the future generations of the nation..
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam memberikan motivasi belajar siswa SD 3 Cranggang Kudus pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SD 3 Cranggang, Kecamatan Dawe, Kabupaten Kudus dengan mengambil subjek guru dan siswa. Data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam memberikan motivasi belajar kepada siswa sudah dilakukan secara maksimal. Peran guru pada masa pandemi Covid-19 meliputi (1) sebagai pengelola pembelajaran, guru mampu menyesuaikan kondisi siswa, tidak membebani siswa, serta fleksibel dalam mengelola pembelajaran, (2) sebagai pembimbing, guru melakukan kunjungan ke rumah siswa untuk memantau kemajuan belajar, kesehatan, dan kondisi mental siswa, (3) sebagai fasilitator, guru memberikan fasilitas belajar menggunakan buku LKS, BSE dan menggunakan youtube, (4) sebagai mediator, guru menggunakan media berupa media audio-visual dari internet, (5) sebagai motivator, guru memberikan perhatian, dorongan dan semangat kepada siswa saat melakukan kunjungan, dan (6) sebagai evaluator, guru melakukan penilaian berupa tugas yang dikerjakan saat melakukan kunjungan.
