ABSTRAKTujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan kepada para pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Sedayu dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi, terutama dalam membuat konten degan aplikasi Canva. Penggunaan media sosial tidak hanya memasang foto produk tetapi bagaimana mengemas konten produk tersebut menjadi menarik dan ada nilai tawar. Persoalan yang sering dialami pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan media sosial adalah membuat konten yang menarik dan mudah. Upaya untuk memberikan cara membuat konten yang mudah dan menarik adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang menawarkan template-template. Salah satu aplikasi yang bisa digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Canva. Dengan Canva, pelaku usaha dapat membuat konten dengan pilihan template yang sudah tersedia, membuat logo, poster, info grafis, newsletter, featured image blog, invoice, thumbnail Youtube serta desain kemasan. Dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan ini, pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskusi untuk memetakan persoalan yang dihadapai pelaku UMKM tertanda alam penggunaan media sosial. Diskusi ini digunakan untuk memetakan sejauh mana persoalan dalam membuat konten serta dan penggunaan Canva serta dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pendampingan kegiatan diikuti sekitar 10 peserta dari perwakilan pelaku usaha di kecamatan Sedayu Bantul. yang tergabung dalam Paguyuban UMKM Sedayu Bantul. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini peserta mempunyai gambaran penggunaan Canva. Kata kunci: media social; konten; aplikasi; Canva. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this activity is to provide insight to MSME players in Sedayu District in using social media as a means of promotion, especially in creating content with the Canva application. The use of social media is not only about posting product photos but how to package product content to be attractive and have bargaining value. The problem that is often experienced by businesses in using social media is creating interesting and easy content. An effort to provide an easy and attractive way to create content is to use an application that offers templates. One application that can be used is to use Canva. With Canva, businesses can create content with a selection of templates that are already available, create logos, posters, graphic info, newsletters, featured image blogs, invoices, Youtube thumbnails and packaging designs. In the implementation of this assistance, the implementation is carried out by using the discussion method to map the problems faced by MSMEs that are marked by the use of social media. This discussion is used to map the extent of issues in content creation and use of Canva and by providing training and mentoring. 10 participants from representatives of business actors in the Sedayu sub-district, Bantul, participated in this event. who are members of the Sedayu Bantul UMKM Association. Pengujian performa berbagai metode pada sebuah dataset merupakan salah satu cara dalam penetapan metode klasifikasi yang tepat, masalah yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membandingkan performa beberapa metode klasifikasi dalam mengelola dataset yang memiliki lebih dari dua label (multiclass). Penelitian ini fokus membandingkan hasil performa tujuh metode klasifikasi yaitu K-Nearest Neighbor (knn), Naive Bayes Classifier (nbc), Support Vector machine (svm), Neural Netowork (nn), Random Forest Classifier (rfc), Ada Boost Classifier (abc) dan Quadratic Discriminant Analysis (qdc). Objek pada penelitian ini berupa dataset multiclass yaitu dataset citra busur panah, serta performa yang diukur yaitu seluruh nilai cross-validation dari akurasi, presisi, recall dan f-measure. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh metode tidak memperoleh performa yang cukup baik, dan menunjukkan bahwa beberapa metode yang memiliki akurasi yang tinggi tidak menjadi penentu menjadi metode yang baik dikarenakan setelah penerapan cross-validation dan visualisasi boxplot ditemukan beberapa nilai akurasi tinggi yang merupakan nilai tidak wajar atau outlier. Kesimpulan menunjukkan metode svm memiliki performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan enam metode lainnya pada kasus dataset multiclass citra busur panah.
Abstrak Kata kunci-Ekstraksi informasi, ontologi, bootstrapping, Ontology-Based Information Extraction, OBIE, kinerja Abstract Information extraction is a field study of natural language processing by converting unstructured text into structured information. Several types of information on the Internet is transmitted through unstructured information via websites, led to emergence of the need a technology to analyze text and found relevant knowledge into structured information. For example of unstructured information is existing main information on the content of web pages. Various approaches for information extraction have been developed by many researchers, either using manual or automatic method, but still need to be improved performance related accuracy and speed of extraction. This research proposed an approach of information extraction that combines bootstrapping approach with Ontology-Based Information Extraction (OBIE).Bootstrapping approach using small seed of labelled data, is used to minimize human intervention on information extraction process, while the use of guide ontology for extracting classes, properties and instances, using for provide semantic content for semantic web. Combining both approaches expected to increase speed of extraction process and accuracy of extraction results. Case study to apply information extraction system using "LonelyPlanet" datasets.
Culture is a wealth that must be maintained and preserved by the people of Indonesia. One of the Indonesian cultures that is still growing and developing today is the art of batik. Batik is a cultural heritage that has been designated by UNESCO since 2009 as a human heritage for oral and non-material culture (Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity). Batik has its own beauty, a variety of color patterns and curves of lines strung together into a beautiful unit that is written on the cloth. Adding aesthetic value in the form of isen is a very appropriate thing to beautify batik cloth. In every design, patterns and motifs contained in the fabric, of course it has its own meaning and philosophy. The aesthetic value in batik isen is an addition to the soul of batik, this is because isen is only used to add decoration to enrich the motif as well as to build a certain meaning that the creator wants to convey. Designing technology in the form of interactive multimedia applications as outlined in a storyboard is one of the important steps that must be taken in developing applications for introducing batik isen-isen. The results of the research carried out are, a storyboard design that has been completed has been implemented into an interactive multimedia application to introduce isen-isen to the public. The results of tests carried out using a black box test, it was found that the application was running according to the function and design of the storyboard that was made.
ABSTRAKPengelolaan data dan informasi publik oleh lembaga pemerintah sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis internet dapat memberikan informasi tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu. Berbagai layanan publik dapat diakses oleh masyarakat melalui website maupun sosial media. Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Yogyakarta (BPMP) sebagai salah satu entitas publik hadir di tengah masyarakat untuk memberikan layanan informasi pendidikan melalui website dan sosial media. Peningkatan layanan publik yang berkualitas menjadi salah satu prioritas penting untuk menjaga performa layanan yang semakin baik. BPMP Yogyakarta melalui fungsi PMPSI (Pemetaan Mutu dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi) bermitra dengan IST AKPRIND menyelenggarakan pelatihan untuk aparatur pengelola website dan sosial media pada selasa 11 Oktober 2022 di Ruang Rapat 2 BPMP DIY. Kegiatan Bimtek Pengelolaan Data dan Informasi dengan tema Pengelolaan Website dan Sosial Media tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur dalam pengelolaan informasi publik. Materi pelatihan tentang pengelolaan website pemerintah, dan pengelolaan media sosial diikuti dengan praktek langsung oleh 25 peserta. Hasil pelatihan secara umum menunjukkan bahwa peserta puas terhadap hasil pelatihan dan pelatihan sudah sesuai dengan harapan peserta. Adanya kerjasama antara BPMP dengan dosen dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas lembaga pemerintah, khususnya BPMP dalam memberikan keberlanjutan layanan informasi yang valid pada masyarakat. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu peningkatan kemampuan dari pengelola website dan sosial media BPMP dalam menyediakan konten yang lebih menarik dan terupdate untuk masyarakat. Internet-based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can provide information without being limited by space and time. The public can access services through websites and social media. Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BPMP) is a public community that provides educational information through websites and social media. Improving the quality of public services is one of the priorities to maintain better service performance. BPMP with PMPSI (Pemetaan Mutu dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi) function in collaboration with the IST AKPRIND held training for website and social media management officials on Tuesday, 11 October 2022, in Meeting Room 2 BPMP DIY. The Bimtek of Data and Information Management with the theme of Website and Social Media Management aims to improve the competence of the apparatus in managing public information. The training materials consist of managing the website and social media followed by hands-on practice by the 25 participants. The results generally show that the participants are satisfied with the training results, and the training is in line with the expectations of the participants. The collaboration between BPMP and lecturers in this public service activity can increase the capacity of government institutions, especially BPMP, to provide sustainable and valid information services to society. The result of this community service is an increase in the ability of the BPMP website and social media managers to provide more attractive and updated content for the community.
