Bayi yang lahir prematur berisiko mengalami permasalahan kesehatan, sehingga membutuhkan perawatan yang intens dari sejak di rumah sakit sampai ketika bayi sudah boleh dipulangkan ke rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi dalam perencanaan pulang terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu merawat bayi prematur. Penelitian ini merupakan studi quasi experiment dengan rancangan pre and post-test without control design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 ibu yang melahirkan bayi prematur dan bayinya di rawat di ruang Perinatologi sebuah rumah sakit di Jakarta. Sampel diambil secara consecutive sampling. Intervensi penelitian adalah pemberian edukasi menggunakan media pembelajaran booklet dan audiovisual yang berisi tentang ASI, teknik menyusui, perawatan metode kanguru, cara pencegahan infeksi, dan tanda bahaya pada bayi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi selama perencanaan pulang, pengetahuan ibu merawat bayi prematur rata-rata mengalami kenaikan skor sebesar 29,52, aspek keterampilan menyusui skornya naik sebesar 33,29 dan keterampilan perawatan metode kanguru terdapat kenaikan skor sebesar 30,25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata skor pengetahuan ibu merawat bayi prematur, skor keterampilan menyusui, dan skor keterampilan perawatan metode kanguru (PMK) sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi selama perencanaan pulang (p> 0,001). Pelaksanaan program edukasi selama perencanaan pulang yang dilakukan selama tiga hari dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu merawat bayi prematur. Edukasi dalam perencanaan pulang sebaiknya rutin diterapkan di rumah sakit sebagai intervensi keperawatan mandiri agar makin meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan.

The analysis results showed a significant difference between the average skills of posyandu cadres in stunting prevention before and after being given the stunting intervention package with p values of 0.001 and 0.001. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the average skills of posyandu cadres in stunting prevention before and after being given the stunting intervention package. ABSTRAK Golden age merupakan masa yang sangat penting untuk memperhatikan tumbuh kembang anak secara cermat agar sedini mungkin dapat terdeteksi apabila terjadi gangguan perkembangan. Peran kader posyandu mempunyai peran penting dalam memantau perkembangan anak. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu dalam pemantauan perkembangan balita melalui KPSP untuk mencegah gangguan perkembangan pada balita. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dimasa pandemi ini berupa pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan mentode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan demostrasi kepada kader posyandu dalam pemantauan perkembangan melalui KPSP. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Air Itama Pangkalpinang. Waktu pelaksanaan bulan Februari 2021. Sasaran adalah Kader Posyandu berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan kader sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang pemantau perkembangan balita melalui KPSP dengan p value 0,001. Adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pemantauan perkembangan balita melalui KPSP sebesar 40,32. Diharapkan kader posyandu dapat mengaplikasikan dalam memantau perkembangan balita melalui KPSP sehingga perkembangan balita optimal. The role of posyandu cadres has an important role in monitoring children's development. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres in monitoring the development of toddlers through KPSP to prevent developmental disorders in children under five. The activity method used during this pandemic was in the form of providing health education is by using lectures, question and answer methods, discussions, and demonstrations to posyandu cadres in monitoring progress through KPSP. This community service activity was carried out at the Air Itama Pangkalpinang Community Health Center. The implementation time is February 2021. The target is Posyandu cadres. The results obtained were that there was a significant difference between the knowledge of the cadres before and after being given education about monitoring the development of toddlers through KPSP with a p-value of 0.001. There was an increase in the average score of posyandu cadres' knowledge about toddler development monitoring through KPSP of 40.32. It is hoped that posyandu cadres can apply it in monitoring the development of toddlers through KPSP so that the development of toddlers is optimal. The Parents' satisfaction of premature babies is very important as one of the basic steps in determining the quality of nursing service. This study aims to identify parental satisfaction in the perinatology. Consecutive sampling technique was conducted to select 59 parents of premature babies as research respondents. Instrument in this study uses EMPATHIC N. The data was analyzed with Pearson test. The results showed that the average of premature babies’ care score was 161.93 and the average of parents’ satisfaction score was 280.07. Nursing care should be evaluated to improve the performance of nurses and the quality of care of premature babies and parents’ satisfaction.
Stunting is one of the priority nutrition problems in Indonesia. The incidence of stunting in 2018 to 2021 has decreased but has not yet reached the government's target of 14.4%. The intervention of stunting is very important to be done by nurses and the integrated health post cadres to prevent stunting. This study aimed to identify the effect of the stunting intervention package on the preparedness of health post cadres (knowledge and motivation) in stunting prevention. This study was a pra-experimental approach using pre-test and post-test without control. The number of samples was 30 respondents with the purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study were characteristics and preparedness questionnaires. The health post cadre's preparedness questionnaire consisted of a questionnaire on knowledge and motivation. The analysis used in this study was the Wilcoxon test. The average knowledge and motivation of health post cadres after the stunting intervention package were higher, with a value of 11.63 and 55.20, compared to those before the intervention which were 10.23 and 52.97. The results show a significant difference between cadres' average knowledge and motivation in stunting prevention before and after the stunting intervention package was given with a p-value of 0.001 and 0.027. There is a significant difference between the average knowledge and motivation of health post cadres before and after being given the stunting intervention package. it is hoped that the cadres will consistently implement the stunting intervention package at the health post.
