Purpose: This study aimed to examine the impact of technology infrastructure, digital lending, and digital payments on real per capita income, public health, and education levels. Theoretical framework: This study is built on the relationship between technology infrastructure, digital lending, and digital payments and their impact on economic and social outcomes. The study draws on theories of technology adoption and diffusion, financial inclusion, and human development. Design/methodology/approach: This study used quantitative research to examine how technology infrastructure, digital lending, and digital payments affect income, health, and education. The sample was data from 2015-2020, cleaned and analyzed using regression analysis in E-views. Findings: The findings revealed that technological infrastructure has a significant positive effect on real per capita income and public health, but a negative and insignificant effect on the education level. Digital lending was insignificantly positive for real per capita income and negatively insignificant for public health and education levels. In contrast, digital payments had a positive and significant impact on the health and education levels but a negative and insignificant effect on real per capita income. Research, Practical & Social implications: The study suggests that governments should prioritize the development of information technology infrastructure for SMEs to increase real per capita income and public health. Furthermore, relevant laws and regulations should be improved to ensure the development of digital payments, credit investigation systems, and standardized digital payment transactions to maintain financial security and stimulate consumer demand, ultimately promoting sustainable economic development. Originality/value: The originality of this study lies in its investigation of the impact of both technology infrastructure and digital finance on income, health, and education. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of addressing regulatory issues to ensure the safe and effective use of digital finance.
Purpose This research aims to examine the effect of Tier-1 capital, risk management, and profitability on performance of Indonesia commercial banks. Design/methodology/approach The research population consisted of all commercial banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange periods of 2010 to 2014 with a total of 42 companies. The statistical analysis for testing the hypothesis using structural equation modeling (SEM) covariance based using WarpPLS. Findings Research result shows that Tier-1 capital has a positive effect on capital on risk management; risk management has a positive effect on performance, but risk management does not have an effect to profitability; profitability has a positive effect on performance; and Tier-1 capital has a negative effect on profitability. On the other hand, profitability has a negative effect on Tier-1 capital and performance has a positive effect on Tier-1 capital, whereas Tier-1 capital does not have an effect on performance. Originality/value The originality of this research can be seen from the causal relationship between the effects of Tier-1 capital, risk management and profitability on performance of commercial banks in the context of stock performance among Indonesia commercial banks. In addition, previous research findings remain inconsistent between one another. By conducting this research, it is expected that more consistent research findings than the previous ones can be generated. Sluggish global economic conditions which result in declined bank performance are an interesting topic to investigate.

Pengajar berusaha untuk menggunakan potensi kelas, memperhatikan siswa secara dekat, dan mengenal mereka satu per satu dalam mencegah munculnya perilaku siswa yang mengganggu kelancaran proses belajar dan mengajar. Pembelajaran sebagai proses memiliki strategi dengan pengelolaan kelas dalam upaya mengefektifkan pembelajaran. Pengajar berupaya menciptakan dan memelihara lingkungan dan kondisi pembelajaran yang t, ideal, dan membahagiakan guna menjamin proses pembelajaran yang efisien dan pembelajaran yang tujuan berhasil dipenuhi. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan teknik pengelolaan kelas yang meningkatkan hasil dan proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan literatur sistematis dari perpustakaan dan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Menurut sejumlah penelitian yang telah efektif dalam mengevaluasi, tantangan utama pengajaran adalah mengelola persiapan, demonstrasi, dan pengelolaan proses dan hasil akhir untuk evaluasi diri. Namun, penting untuk ditekankan bahwa instruktur harus memahami model pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk menerapkan teknik diskusi, presentasi, dan diskusi kelompok yang efisien di kelas.
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company value, with profitability as a moderating variable, for manufacturing sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2019. This study employs quantitative methodologies, such as testing numerical data and statistical tests. The population of this study consists of all Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed manufacturing firms (IDX). This study uses a strategy of purposive sampling based on specific criteria to acquire representative data from 26 companies. Through the website www.idx.co.id, secondary company data in the form of financial reports and annual reports of manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are collected. The results of previous study indicate that CSR has a positive and considerable impact on the value of a company. Profitability has a favorable and substantial effect on the value of a company. Profitability can moderate the correlation between CSR and enterprise value. This demonstrates that the degree of company earnings can improve the link between corporate social responsibility and firm value.
Abstrak: Kemunculan inovasi dalam dunia keuangan digital beberapa tahun terakhir ini mendapat perhatian dari berbagai pihak yang biasa dikenal dengan teknologi finansial. Inovasi ini berupa teknologi penggalangan dana (crowdfunding) dan teknologi terdesentralisasi berupa blockchain. Kedua inovasi ini tidak hanya dapat digunakan untuk tujuan komersial, tetapi juga untuk kepentingan sosial, termasuk wakaf. Potensi wakaf uang di Indonesia sangat besar. Namun demikian, realisasinya masih relatif rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sekilas wakaf blockchain di Indonesia yang dapat mengoptimalkan realisasi pengembangan wakaf di Indonesia. Metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia sangat mungkin menerapkan wakaf blockchain karena jumlah penduduk Muslim yang mencapai lebih dari 80%, konsep fikih wakaf yang fleksibel dan munculnya industri halal. Tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi adalah terkait dengan literasi wakaf untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Penelitian tentang niat yang dirasakan untuk menggunakan wakaf blockchain melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam dengan para pemangku kebijakan penting untuk penelitian di masa depan.
