Advances in technology significantly transform the means of communication between users and companies. The music industry is also experiencing technological innovation as more consumers subscribe to paid and free online streaming services. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of usefulness, entertainment, interaction, enjoyment, and familiarity on purchase intention for music streaming platform subscriptions in millennials and gen-z communities in Batam City through trust mediation. A quantitative method was adopted with data collected through questionnaires from 348 respondents and processed using the Partial Least Square program. The results indicated that familiarity and interaction significantly influenced purchase intention through trust mediation. As managerial implications, familiarity must be increased for trust and interaction to influence purchase intention. This study only focused on millennials and gen-z communities and conducted a survey through Google Forms. Therefore, future studies could expand the scope beyond a single generation or region.
GRDP plays an important role in the economic growth of a region. The high rate of GRDP can encourage regional growth and development. The growth of cities and their surrounding areas is closely linked to economic change, especially as it can create opportunities for more productive jobs that can contribute to attracting foreign trade and investment. The industrial sector is one of the largest contributors to GRDP in Bali after the trade sector and the banking sector and other financial institutions. The industrial sector is the largest employer of labor, with a positive growth rate every year, especially in 2019. This research used econometric model approach to co-integration and dynamic model approaches ECM (Error Correction Model) for methods of analysis. The results of multiple linear regression to estimate ECM shows that domestic investment (PMDN) and foreign investment (PMA) have influences toward GDRP in industry. In the short-term and long-term shows that domestic and foreign variable have positive and significant effect on the value of GDRP along with all industry including small industry. The aim of this study is to explore new things, new ideas, hypotheses and analyze the importance of the role and development of small industries in increasing the GRDP of the City of Bali.

Bisnis dalam skala internasional membutuhkan inovasi dan pengembangan kemampuan yang kompeten. Perbedaan pasar yang dituju dan peluang yang kecil dapat menyebabkan kegagalan bagi bisnis yang ingin menembus pasar global. Meski demikian, salah satu perusahaan yang dianggap mempunyai potensi untuk menembus pasar global ialah PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang restoran layanan cepat saji yang lebih dikenal sebagai Richeese Factory. Dengan lebih dari 73 cabang yang berada di hampir seluruh penjuru Indonesia Richeese Factory terbukti dapat menyajikan sajian yang dapat dinikmati dan berkesan di masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisa potensi dari Richeese Factory untuk masuk ke Negara Cina. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Richeese Factory mungkin saja mengalami kendala jika ingin masuk ke pasar Cina, dikarenakan tipikal masyarakat Cina yang menghindari ketidakpastian dan perbedaan. Richeese Factory sebagai salah satu brand bisnis yang tidak berasal dari Cina akan kesulitan dalam menghadapi tipikal masyarakat Cina. Akan tetapi, hal ini tidak menjadikan masuknya Richeese Factory ke pasar Cina mustahil. Dengan mengadakan pertimbangan dan persetujuan antara kedua belah pihak, hal ini bisa terjadi. Konsep ini akan diberi judul “Analisa Ekspansi Fast Food Richeese Factory Ke Negara Cina”.
