Employees are the most important part to achieve the goals of a company or organization. So that the company runs effectively and efficiently, the company needs employees who are in accordance with the principle of "the right man in the right office". To achieve the goals of the company or organization, the first step taken is to recruit prospective employees according to the qualifications of the company or organization, which will improve employee performance results while in a company or organization.
: Schools have students from various backgrounds who try to educate students so they can have good character. Guidance and counseling are assistance services provided to students who have personal problems and to be able to plan for the student's future. The MTs S PPM Shadr El-Islam Asahan school according to the data in the ninth grade, some of the students did not obey the existing regulations in the school. The counseling guidance process is still carried out manually, sometimes the counseling guidance teacher is not in the room all the time so it can hinder students who want to do consultations, the problem of time for consulting is also an obstacle for students who can only consult during school hours and can determine what sanctions should be given to students who violate school regulations. The purpose of this research is to create a system in which the system can determine what sanctions should be given to students who violate school rules, then the forward chaining method is used. The results of the research on the application of the counseling guidance system using the web-based forward chaining method that has been designed can help if the counseling guidance teacher is not in the school environment, it can be replaced by another teacher, the substitute for the counseling guidance teacher can provide sanctions by looking at the existing violation data system. Abstrak: Sekolah memiliki siswa dari berbagai latar belakang yang berusaha mendidik siswa agar memiliki karakter yang baik. Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan layanan bantuan yang diberikan kepada siswa yang mempunyai permasalahan pribadi dan dapat merencanakan masa depan siswa tersebut. Sekolah MTs S PPM Shadr El-Islam Asahan sesuai dengan data yang ada di kelas sembilan sebagian dari siswa tersebut tidak mentaati peraturan yang ada di sekolah. Proses bimbingan konseling masih dilakukan secara manual, terkadang guru bimbingan konseling tidak setiap saat ada di ruangan sehingga dapat menghambat para siswa yang ingin melakukan konsultasi, permasalahan waktu untuk melakukan konsultasi juga menjadi hambatan untuk para siswa yang hanya dapat berkonsultasi pada saat jam sekolah dan dapat menentukan sanksi apa yang harus diberikan untuk siswa yang melanggar peraturan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang dimana sistem tersebut dapat menentukan sanksi apa yang harus diberikan untuk siswa yang melanggar peraturan sekolah, maka digunakan metode forward chaining. Hasil dari penelitian penerapan sistem bimbingan konseling menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web yang telah dirancang dapat membantu jika guru bimbingan konseling sedang tidak berada di lingkungan sekolah maka dapat digantikan dengan guru lain, pengganti guru bimbingan konseling tersebut dapat memberikan sanksi dengan melihat data pelanggaran yang ada pada sistem. This research background from the results of the author's observations regarding the influence of the principal's leadership and school climate on teacher performance at SMP Negeri in the Tarantang Sayang Region, Tanah Datar Regency which shows that the principal's leadership and school climate are still not good and teacher performance is still low. This research aims toobtain data and information about (1) the positive influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri in the Tarantang Sayang Region, Tanah Datar Regency, (2) The positive influence of school climate on teacher performance at SMP Negeri in the Tarantang Sayang Region, Tanah Datar Regency, and (3) the positive influence of the principal's leadership and school climate on teacher performance at SMP Negeri in the Tarantang Sayang Region, Tanah Datar Regency.This type of research is quantitative correlationalwith associative type. The population of this study namelyPNS teachers totaling 120 teachers, with a research sample of 68 teachers taken by techniqueproportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis usingmultiple linear regression test processed using SPSS version 24. The research results showthat there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership on teacher performance with tcount>ttable (2.118>1.997). There is a significant influence between school climate and teacher performance with tcount>ttable (2.226>1.997). There is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and school climate on teacher performance with a value of Fcount>Ftable (6.858> 3.14), so there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and school climate together on teacher performance.
