One of the challenges is the rapid social development that have happened nowadays has brought some changes in social activities. These social changes are marked by the development of the generation based on the needs for science and technology. Generation Z nowadays is known as the most active in their activities that depends on the technology devices and for this reasons generation Z needs strong guidelines in utilizing it. The implementation Pancasila value for Generation Z must be in accordance with the needs of Generation Z that are vulnerable for the ethics and morality. The knowledge of Pancasila value with dynamic ways for Generation Z is important so the moral value in Pancasila can be reflected in the personality of Generation Z. The research aims to implement the value of Pancasila that is important for the development of generation Z in the rapid progress of technology nowadays. This research used qualitative method. The implementation of moral science and characters based on Pancasila for Generation Z should be dynamics in accordance with the development of technological era. The implementation of Pancasila value based on their needs and characters of Generation Z is an anticipative way so the value of believe in God, humanity, unity, democracy and social justice still exist and create young generation that have the moral value of Pancasila.

Kegiatan Pengadbian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan judul “Pelatihan Editing Video Pembelajaran Menggunakan Apiikasi Filmora bagi Guru SMA Taman Rama Jimbaran” ini dilakukan sebagai kelanjutan dari kegiatan PKM sebelumnya tentang pelatihan komputer yang dilakukan tahun lalu. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kinerja guru SMA Taman Rama Jimbaran dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar secara daring sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan dala pelatihan in adalah pelatihan daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom yang dilaksanakan selama 2 hari. Pelaksanaan PKM ini dapat dilakukan karena adanya kemauan yang tinggi dari Kepala Sekolah dan guru SMA Taman Rama Jimbaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kinerja dengan cara memberikan masukan dan melakukan praktik. Guru memahami mampu topik yang diberikan terkait editing video yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya berupa video pembelajaran direkam menggunakan Zoom atau video pembelajaran sederhana yang drekam menggunakan kamera. Hasil dari PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dalam melakukan editing video pembelajaran dibandingkan dengan pelatihan sebelumnya. Akhirnya, peningkatana pemahaman ini diharapkan dapat dipalikasikan dengan baik dan benar kepada siswa khusunya pada mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru yang bersangkutan daam melakukan pembelajaran daring.
Perkembangan teknologi secara global, kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya generasi muda akan perangkat teknologi dalam aktivitas sehari-hari menjadi penting. Akibat dari perkembangan tersebut, teknologi secara bertahap telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat dan peradaban manusia secara global. Perkembangan teknologi internet juga menyebabkan dunia menjadi tanpa batas (borderless) dan menyebabkan perubahan perilaku manusia yang signifikan. Cyberbullying di kalangan generasi muda saat ini merupakan isu penting yang tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata saat ini. Masalah ini dapat terjadi di negara manapun tanpa memandang tingkat perkembangan sosial ekonomi suatu wilayah. Cyberbullying berdampak negatif pada kondisi psikologis korban bullying. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang membahas tentang bahan pustaka dan bahan hukum yang terkait dengan cyberbullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek hukum terkait perilaku cyber bullying agar setiap lapisan masyarakat khususnya generasi muda memahami dan memahami aspek hukum seperti dampak/akibat dari perilaku cyber bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan sumber hukum kepustakaan. Banyaknya kasus cyber bullying yang melibatkan pelajar menjadi bukti bahwa pemahaman masyarakat tentang dampak negatif dari perilaku cyber bullying masih rendah. Setiap korban bullying juga berhak mendapatkan rasa aman dan perlindungan hukum. Adanya sosialisasi mengenai dampak hukum dari perilaku cyber bullying sangat diperlukan, tidak lain agar perilaku cyber bullying dapat dicegah atau diminimalisir.
The current utilization of digital content platforms has a serious impact on Intellectual Property Rights. Platforms that display digital copyright works are indeed much in demand by netizens today because it is practical and efficient but not only the perceived benefits of digital content platforms but there is a moral responsibility that must be known by all parties both content lovers and content creators. In today's digital era, copyrighted works in the form of digital content are widely misused by various parties, the occurrence of violations of their main rights moral rights is less realized by various parties. It is the duty of all parties to create the protection of moral rights because rights are elements that must be protected in a digital copyright work. This research aims to find out the regulation of aspects of moral rights in Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright. This research uses normative juridical research methods using the legal sources of literature. The protection of moral rights is an important issue in the protection of intellectual property. National regulations are expected to protect the moral rights of copyright creators/owners, especially digital copyright works.
