Cooperation skills of the military service members are investigated in this paper in the context of their professional activity. Interpersonal relations in the army have always been under discussion among specialists in education and psychology. Building positive relationships with other people, achieving consensus, supporting other people and generating enthusiasm among group members for accomplishing the goalsall of these are components of the cooperation skills as suggested by the Council of Europe. Cooperation skills are of great importance for the success of the military mission. Positive relations and understanding are necessary in professional communication between officers and soldiers in the conditions of the Extreme North and the Arctic, in the mountainous areas, in peacekeeping operations, in engineering and recovering weapons and armored vehicles, airborne equipment, security systems, etc. Ideas of group dynamics and teamwork based on the cooperation skills are also discussed in the research. To measure cooperation skills, a special questionnaire in the form of self-assessment and peer assessment was offered to officers and soldiers doing their military service by contract in the airborne troops. The research was done by adjuncts of Ryazan Guard Higher Airborne Command School named after General of the Army V. F. Margelov. The descriptors of cooperation skills were taken from Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture. The results of the study show that officers indicate rather high cooperation skills, about 86 %, all of them having higher education, aged 27-35 years old. The soldiers have a bit lower level of cooperation skills, about 81%, most of them being rather young, aged 21-25 years old. The authors conclude that cooperation skills and group dynamics among officers and soldiers of the airborne troops are very good for positive and constructive professional activity, which help them fulfil their mission.

Ensuring the competitiveness of domestic production is a necessary criterion for the stability of Russian economy in modern conditions of instability. Geopolitical disagreements, a pandemic, sanctions, insufficient provision of the component and resource base, the use of outdated technologies, increased purchase prices for materials, low purchasing power of the population all this leads to a slowdown in industrial production, adecrease in its efficiency, and, as a result, the loss of competitive positions on the world stage. One of the possible ways to increase the efficiency of production, leveling external influences and ensuring the safety and competitiveness of the domestic market is to upgrade the production infrastructure. Currently, there is a qualitative increase in the level of development of innovative information technologies and their active introduction into industrial production processes, which is demonstrated by large foreign and domestic companies within the framework of the Industry 4.0 concept. Their example allows us to talk about the possibility of increasing the efficiency of industrial production and improving indicators, from which comes the need to consider the possibility of activating the integration processes of national developments and solutions in this area, mostly intellectual, based on national innovation potential.
The article reflects that intellectual property management, carried out under conditions of uncertainty and significant financial risks, is currently gaining special importance in innovation activities. The impact of taking into account potential risks is mainly manifested at the early stages of innovation activity the stage of scientific research, the initiation of innovations, the selection of alternatives to innovative projects. In the proposed model of analysis and assessment of innovation risks, it is necessary to take into account such factors as: the presence of copyrights, the presence of patent protection, the availability of licenses for certain types of activities, the target orientation of the innovation project, the experience of implementing certain stages of the project, etc. These factors significantly affect the degree of risk of an innovative project and the probability of obtaining a positive result during its implementation. In addition, taking into account risk factors allows you to increase the efficiency of the project. The article substantiates that the essence of organizational and methodological support for the management of intellectual activity of industrial enterprises is the formation and use of new technologies and new business models of production, taking into account the intellectual property objects available on them. In this case, methodological support consists in the development of individual competencies of the company's personnel, the provision of new opportunities for the organization of innovative activities within the structure of the enterprise, the availability of intellectual property, the development of management competencies. The effectiveness of methodological support of management decisions in the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise based on the use of intellectual property is determined by the effectiveness of managing directly the objects and results of intellectual property, which are considered as the main tool for ensuring innovation, a prerequisite for all the activities of the enterprise, its sustainable development and increasing competitive advantages. Consequently, the methodological support of management decisions in the field of intellectual property greatly contributes to the development and achievement of new results of innovative activity.
