Covid 19 telah ditetapkan oleh WHO sebagai penyakit pandemi sejak tanggal 11 Maret 2020. Setiap hari jumlah penderita semakin meningkat bahkan banyak diantara yang mengalami kematian. Petugas kesehatan sebagai garda terdepan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada penderita covid 19 juga tidak luput dari infeksi penyakit ini bahkan sampai meninggal dunia. Hal ini menimbulkan kecemasan kepada sebagian besar petugas kesehatan yang sampai saat ini masih aktif melakukan perawatan kepada masyarakat yang menderita covid 19. Pemerintah Kabupaten Kolaka melakukan screening awal infeksi covid 19 dengan melakukan rapid test bagi petugas kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Kolaka . Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi tingkat kecemasan petugas kesehatan yang akan menjalani rapid test. Studi ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kecemasan petugas kesehatan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia,dan tingkat pendidikan. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner HARS kemudian dilakukan analisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sebagian besar perempuan mengalami kecemasan berat (56.8 %), sebagian besar usia dewasa awal mengalami kecemasan berat (42.0 %) dan sebagian besar pendidikan vokasi mengalami kecemasan berat (37 %)
Foot ulcers in diabetic patients should receive treatment to reduce the risk of infection and amputation and improve function and quality of life. Wound care techniques are developing very quickly, which can help nurses and patients to improve the healing of foot ulcers in diabetic patients. Several wound care methods that can accelerate the healing process of foot ulcers in DM patients include modern wound dressings, the process of healing diabetic ulcers. With modern dressing methods, chronic wound care with modern dressings, the potential of green tea in wound healing, honey as a debridement agent. Objective: This study reviews several dressing methods that accelerate the healing process of foot ulcers in diabetic patients. This study uses a Systematic Review based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) to identify all published literature using relevant databases and keywords. In the 5 articles that we analyzed, the use of modern wound dressings proved to be more effective in accelerating wound healing, especially foot ulcers in diabetic patients. Modern wound care (Modern wound dressing), chronic wound care with modern dressings, the potential of green tea in wound healing, Honey as a debridement agent: a systematic review. And the role of the family in helping patients take medication regularly is the right choice to accelerate the healing process of foot ulcers in diabetic patients with more cost-effective treatment.
<p>Posbindu Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) is a form of community participation in activities for early detection, monitoring, and early follow-up of risk factors for Non-Communicable Diseases independently, routinely, integrated, and continuously. So that the role of cadres is needed to carry out tasks in health services related to non-communicable diseases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of factor proxies consisting of training, awards, infrastructure, knowledge, and job design related to the performance of Posbindu PTM cadres in the working area of Wundulako Health Center. This study uses a descriptive-analytic design with a cross-sectional approach, sampling using a total sampling so that the number of samples is 55 people. The results of the chi-square test show that there is a significant relationship between training and the performance of Posbindu PTM cadres (p-value=0.003), there is no relationship between rewards and the performance of Posbindu PTM cadres (p-value=0.352), facilities and performance of Posbindu PTM cadres (p-value=0.874), there knowledge and performance of posbindu PTM cadres (p-value=0.424). But, there is a significant relationship between job design and performance of Posbindu PTM cadres (p-value=0.009). This study concludes that there are only 2 factors that affect the performance of PTM posbindu cadres, i.e training and job design, so it is hoped that the Wundulako Health Center as the organizer can provide training to cadres, it must be carried out at least every month to maintain and improve cadre knowledge and socialization related to the duties and roles of cadres.</p>
Hospitals as health service providers are expected to always prioritize patient satisfaction through improving the quality of services performed. One indicator to assess the quality of health services is to measure the level of satisfaction of patients who are recipients of health services. This research aims to analyze the effect of the quality of nursing services with patient satisfaction at BLUD Benyamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital. The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample were 75 patients in the internal and surgical rooms which were obtained by the accidental sampling method. The results result showed that significantly the high quality of nursing services can affect patient satisfaction (p=0.000 < p=0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the higher the quality of nursing services, the more positive impact on satisfaction felt by patients otherwise.
Background : Indonesia is one of the countries with 50,282 HIV sufferers in 2019 and 7,036 AIDS sufferers, with 180 HIV cases reported in 2019 and 52 AIDS cases in Southeast Sulawesi. The purpose of this service activity is to prevent HIV / AIDS transmission through youth education for students of SMKN 2 Kolaka. Method : This service is a preventive measure by providing HIV/AIDS education to adolescents (students) on November 23, 2020 at SMKN 2 Kolaka Result: the participants who participated in this service were 35 youth education students who were very enthusiastic about receiving educational materials about HIV/AIDS with the results of this education increasing the knowledge of adolescent students of SMKN 2 Kolaka about HIV/AIDS.
