The concept of e-learning provides more intensive interaction between lecturers and students, students and students, both in the classroom and outside. E-learning can increase student interest in optimizing the potential of multiple intelligences. Incorporating Multiple Intelligences into e-learning strategies provides a level of flexibility in how students can carry out their learning and provide a collaborative and interactive environment. This study aims to analyze student activity in e-learning based on multiple intelligences. The method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing student activities in e-learning based on the classification of 8 Multiple Intelligences. The results of this study stated the percentage of students based on multiple intelligences obtained the highest percentage value of 38% Naturalist intelligence, 24% Musical intelligence, 17% Visual Spatial intelligence, Logic mathematical intelligence and Interpersonal intelligence 7%, Kinesthetic intelligence 4%, Intrapersonal intelligence 3%, and Linguistic intelligence 0%. Analysis of e-learning activities obtained the highest frequency by visua-spatial intelligence with a percentage of 82%, dominant naturalist intelligence possessed by students in the class has a percentage of 74%, then intrapersonal intelligence as much as 63%, kinestetic intelligence 53%, interpersonal intelligence 47%, musical intelligence 31%, and logic-mathematic intelligence 29%. Because in this class the dominant type of naturalist intelligence, e-learning is declared suitable to be applied because this intelligence is included in the active category of activities in e-learning.
Aim/Purpose: This study intends to find out the difference between the use of Schoology-based e-learning and conventional learning by integrating character education in the learning process Background: E-learning has a high contribution to change learning process positively, but it is a big challenge to conduct character education through e-learning, because of the reduced intensity of face-to-face with lecturers as the primary role model. Methodology: The research sample consisted of 55 students of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Muria Kudus. This study involved two variables: the experimental variable and the dependent variable. Experimental variables are treatment variables for the experimental class, namely physics learning through Schoology-based e-learning, and treatment variables for the control class used as a comparison, namely, conventional learning. The dependent variable is ANEKA-based character education. Indicators of ANEKA character values are integrated into the learning process and are measured using a Likert scale, which is given at the beginning and end of learning in the control and experimental classes. The normality testing use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method; the homogeneity test use Levene’s test; and hypotheses testing use F-ANOVA test and paired samples t-test. Contribution: Contributions of this study are character education for students that could be done through e-learning by integrating character value (such as ANEKA) into the way they learn. Findings: The results of the study show the student learning outcomes of Schoology-based e-learning platform users by 16% higher compared to conventional learning. The character values of students using e-learning also higher 20% compared to conventional learning. So it can be said that learning physics by using Schoology-based e-learning, which is integrated with ANEKA-based character education, can improve character values and student learning outcomes. Recommendations for Practitioners: Findings from this research can convince the lecturer to integrate character values of ANEKA to their subject through e-learning Recommendation for Researchers: For researchers, it is necessary to develop more scope including the use of other subjects and other study program students as respondents in the further study Impact on Society: ANEKA character values could be integrated into the learning process, which can improve students’ attitudes in their daily life Future Research: Research on practicality and effectiveness in developing Schoology-based e-learning in other courses by integrating character values
Pendidikan keluarga merupakan Lembaga Pendidikan yang pertama, proses pembentukan karakter-karakter terjadi akibat dari pembiasaan. Pembentukan kebiasaan akan lebih efektif bila didukung oleh sosok teladan yang dapat dijadikan panutan dalam kehidupan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pembentukan karakter gemar membaca, karakter religius dan tanggung jawab pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik non tes. Bentuk instrument yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi atau kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan anak-anak usia SD di lingkungan komplek perumahan kavling DPU Singocandi Kota Kudus dengan jumlah 12 orang. Alat ukur atau variable yang digunakan yaitu skala karakter religius, karakter gemar membaca, dan karakter tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu karakter religius pada anak SD tergolong cukup tinggi. Untuk karakter gemar membaca sendiri masih tergolong sedang. Sedangkan untuk karakter tanggung jawab pada anak SD sudah tergolong tinggi.
This study intends to describe and investigate the ability profile of Technological Pedagogy Content Knowledge (TPACK) based on scientific literacy for pre-service primary school teachers. The measurement of student TPACK skills is needed to determine the knowledge of technology that will be implemented in the learning process. Students' TPACK knowledge needs to be developed because integration between pedagogical abilities, material content, and technology is needed. This research is quantitative survey research. This study tested a TPACK model, which was described by the relationship between latent variables, namely from seven components, including TK, PK, CK, TPK, TCK, PCK, and TPACK. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument with 46 items. The questionnaire instrument was filled out by 206 pre-service primary school teachers who had taken the Science Concept, Science Application, Science Teaching Learning Course, and Field Experience Practice Courses. The results were then calculated and analyzed using a modeling test with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that PCK variability could be influenced by the CK and PK components of 51.5%. While the variability of TCK can be influenced by the components of CK and TK of 42.7%. The variability of the TPK can be influenced by the PK and TK components of 45.2%. Finally, the magnitude of the effect of PK, CK, TK, PCK, TPK, and TCK components on TPACK is 61.0%. The TPACK profile of pre-service primary school teachers is good with the factors that contribute most to the components that go into PK and CK. As a result, the findings of this study will contribute to the development of a more thorough profile of the TPACK competencies of pre-service primary school teachers, which can enhance their capacity to incorporate technology when they become teachers in the future.
ABSTRAKDalam penelitian yang berjudul prototype alat jemuran otomatis menggunakan sensor LDR dan sensor hujan berbasis Arduino Uno bertujuan untuk memudahkan pekerjaan manusia dalam masalah menjemur pakaian, karena apabila musim hujan tiba dimana ada pakaian yang dijemur dan lantas turun hujan pengguna tidak perlu khawatir karena alat penjemur pakaian otomatis ini akan secara otomatis bergerak menuju ke dalam ruangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah rancang bangun, yang diawali dari pembuatan prototype jemuran otomatis, membuat sistem kendali intensitas cahaya dan tetes air hujan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pada proses penjemur pakaian. Proses deteksi menggunakan sensor hujan dan LDR (Light Dependent Resistor), untuk indikator menggunakan LED. Pengendali yang akan digunakan berbasis Arduino Uno dengan Mikrokontroller ATmega 328 dengan bahasa pemrogaman, yaitu bahasa C. Dari hasil perancangan diketahui bahwa rangkaian dapat bekerja dengan baik yaitu ketika cuaca cerah jemuran pakaian berapa diluar ruangan dan ketika cuaca mendung atau hujan jemuran pakaian bergerak masuk ke dalam ruangan tertutup. Hal ini terlihat dari sensor dapat bekerja dan outputnya seperti LED dan kipas angin berfungsi (aktif). Pada saat pengambilan data, memakai cahaya ruangan untuk menstabilkan nilai multimeter.Kata kunci: arduino uno, penjemur pakaian, sensor ldr, sensor hujan.
