This study aims to determine how the influence of tourism growth as measured by the number of tourists to tourism objects, the number of tourists to accommodation, the number of hotels and accommodation, and the number of restaurants and restaurants on economic growth as measured by GRDP and Human Development Index in West Java Province. 2012-2018. The population that becomes the object of this research is the regency / city in West Java Province. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the West Java Provincial Tourism Office. In this study using path analysis. Based on the analysis that has been carried out in this study, the results show that the variable number of tourists to accommodation and the number of restaurants and restaurants has a positive and significant effect on GRDP, while the variable number of tourists to tourism objects and the number of hotels and accommodation is not significant to the GRDP in Java Province. West. GRDP has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index in West Java Province. The number of tourists to accommodation is the variable that has the greatest indirect effect on the Human Development Index.
Aim/Purpose: This study intends to find out the difference between the use of Schoology-based e-learning and conventional learning by integrating character education in the learning process Background: E-learning has a high contribution to change learning process positively, but it is a big challenge to conduct character education through e-learning, because of the reduced intensity of face-to-face with lecturers as the primary role model. Methodology: The research sample consisted of 55 students of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Muria Kudus. This study involved two variables: the experimental variable and the dependent variable. Experimental variables are treatment variables for the experimental class, namely physics learning through Schoology-based e-learning, and treatment variables for the control class used as a comparison, namely, conventional learning. The dependent variable is ANEKA-based character education. Indicators of ANEKA character values are integrated into the learning process and are measured using a Likert scale, which is given at the beginning and end of learning in the control and experimental classes. The normality testing use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method; the homogeneity test use Levene’s test; and hypotheses testing use F-ANOVA test and paired samples t-test. Contribution: Contributions of this study are character education for students that could be done through e-learning by integrating character value (such as ANEKA) into the way they learn. Findings: The results of the study show the student learning outcomes of Schoology-based e-learning platform users by 16% higher compared to conventional learning. The character values of students using e-learning also higher 20% compared to conventional learning. So it can be said that learning physics by using Schoology-based e-learning, which is integrated with ANEKA-based character education, can improve character values and student learning outcomes. Recommendations for Practitioners: Findings from this research can convince the lecturer to integrate character values of ANEKA to their subject through e-learning Recommendation for Researchers: For researchers, it is necessary to develop more scope including the use of other subjects and other study program students as respondents in the further study Impact on Society: ANEKA character values could be integrated into the learning process, which can improve students’ attitudes in their daily life Future Research: Research on practicality and effectiveness in developing Schoology-based e-learning in other courses by integrating character values
The aims of this research were to reveal the data, information and discuss the using of Numbered Head Together Learning Model of Geography at X IPS 5 Class in SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. The type of the research was a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo through the subject of this research being students at Class X IPS 5, amounting to 33 students. Data collection was done through observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. The data technique analysis was the quantitative descriptive by the calculation of the percentage and total respondents' achievements. The conclusion of this research was the students' response to the application of the learning model of the Numbered Head Together at X IPS 5 Class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo was in the much-needed category and was in the very good category.
This research investigates the cultural power and violence to children in education and parenting activity. The theory of education developed by Ki Hadjar Dewantara is used to analyze the problem of the research. The data of this research were taken from the Ki Hajars book and the violence contemporary condition that flourish to children. The steps in analyzing the data were first: taking literatures about violence and Ki Hadjars theory, second: reading the texts in the book, third: identifying the cultural violence to children in their life, and fourth, formulating a concept model on education which friendly for children. The results of the analysis show that some thoughts of Ki Hadjar can be implemented to solve the cultural power and violence on the education and parenting activity. By applying Pancadharma, Trisaksi Jiwa, Tri Nga, Leadership Trilogy and Among pattern can give the better life for children.Keywords: Violence, Culture, Parenting, EducationAbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji budaya kuasa dan kekerasan pada anak dalam pendidikan dan pola pengasuhan orang tua. Pemikiran, ajaran, fatwa dan falsafah pendidikan yang dikembangkan oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara menjadi teori yang digunakan untuk membedah permasalahan dalam penelitian. Data penelitan berasal dari uraian buku pemikiran Ki Hadjar dan keadaan kontemporer kekerasan yang marak terjadi pada anak. Tahapan dalam analisis data yang dilakukan diantaranya studi literatur tentang budaya kekerasan dan pemikiran pendidikan Ki Hadjar, membaca teks dalam buku yang dikaji, mengidentifikasi budaya kekerasan pada anak dalam kehidupanya, dan memformulasikan konsep model untuk pendidikan ramah anak. Hasil telaah yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa pemikiran-pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara dapat diimplementasikan untuk meruntuhkan budaya kuasa dan kekerasan pada anak dalam pendidikan dan pola pengasuhanya. Dengan menerapkan ajaran dan fatwa, Pancadharma, Trisaksi Jiwa, Tri Nga, Trilogi Kepemimpinan dan pola among dapat menjadikan kehidupan anak menjadi lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Kekerasan, Budaya, Pola Asuh & Pendidikan
This research is conducted in order to know what makes tourists to visit tourist destinations. The purpose of this study describes the condition and potential of tourist attraction, knowing the factors that influence tourists in deciding tourist destinations, and develop appropriate tourism development strategies. Respondents in this study were the visitors who came to Magelang regency, Surakarta city, and Semarang city as the research location and 7 keyperson from the related offices. The research method used is descriptive analysis, regression analysis and AHP. The results of the study is known that the condition and potential of tourism that has not been managed optimally. The result of regression analysis is known tourist attraction and Community Participation influence the decision of tourists in determining tourist destinations in Magelang regency. In Kota Surakarta, accessibility of infrastructure and community participation influences the decision of tourists in determining tourist destinations. While the city of Semarang tourist attraction influence the decision of tourists in determining tourist destinations. The results of the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) is composed of several priority program criteria, namely the first aspect of transportation availability, the two aspects of cultural resources, the three aspects of natural resources. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mengetahui hal apa yang membuat wisatawan mengunjungi destinasi wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menggambarkan kondisi dan potensi daya tarik wisata, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi wisatawan dalam memutuskan destinasi wisata, serta menyusun strategi pengembangan pariwisata yang tepat. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah para pengunjung yang datang di obyek wisata Kabupaten Magelang, Kota Surakarta, dan Kota Semarang sebagai lokasi penelitian serta 7 keyperson dari dinas terkait. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi dan AHP. Hasil penelitian diketahui kondisi dan potensi pariwisata yang ada belum terkelola secara maksimal. Hasil analisis regresi diketahui daya tarik wisata dan Partisipasi Masyarakat mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam menentukan destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Magelang. Pada Kota Surakarta aksesbilitas sarana prasarana dan partisipasi masyarakat mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam menentukan destinasi wisata. Sedangkan Kota Semarang daya tarik wisata mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam menentukan destinasi wisata. Adapun hasil Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) tersusun atas beberapa kriteria program yang di prioritaskan yaitu pertama aspek ketersediaan transportasi, kedua aspek sumber daya budaya, ketiga aspek sumber daya alam.
