Pembiayaan mikro mempunyai manfaat besar terhadap kesetaraan dan keadilan gender antara laki-laki dan perempuan, (1) Secara finansial berdampak pada peningkatan kepemilikan aset individual pada perempuan, Meningkatnya nilai tawar perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan berhubungan penggunaan pembiayaan dan pendapatan. (2) Non-finansial, menjadikan perempuan mempunyai akses dan kontrol terhadap sumber daya intangible seperti informasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap lingkungan guna meningkatkan perannya dalam sosial kemasyarakatan serta rasa percaya diri. Namun kebijakan pembiayaan pada lembaga keuangan belum sepenuhnya memihak pada keadilan gender, Pemikiran ini didasarkan pada hasil penelitian (1) Apabila dilakukan perbandingan aksesibilitas laki-laki dan perempuan jumlah laki-laki lebih banyak dibandingkan perempuan pada pembiayaan mikro individual. seharusnya ada regulasi yang memberikan akses lebih mudah bagi perempuan untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan, karena dalam kondisi bersaing, perempuan relatif kalah dibandingkan laki-laki. (2) Adanya paradoks dimana perempuan dianggap sebagai penabung yang baik mampu secara rutin menyisihkan penghasilanya namun pada pembiayaan semakin besar nilai nominalnya semakin sedikit porsi perempuan dibandingkan laki-laki. (3) Sulitnya data pilah gender, informasi aksesibilitas pembiayaan berdasarkan perempuan dan laki-laki tidak bisa dengan mudah didapatkan, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa membahas pembiayaan berdasarkan gender belum menjadi mainstream dan kepentingan publik. (4) Pembiayaan mikro semakin memperberat beban perempuan, selain ber-tanggungjawab pada pekerjaan rumah tangga, di tambah mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga.
FAMILY FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR MEMBERS OF BKM UNGGUL JAYA PECANGAAN KULON, JEPARA. Community Self-Reliance Agency of Unggul Jaya (BKM) is as a local non-profit institution. The members are the citizen of Pecangaan Kulon. The management and the staff are grouped voluntarily. The program of the community self-reliance agency is financial services for micro business group. The positive impacts of the program are (1) increasing community welfare; (2) increasing job opportunities from villagers. However, social dynamics leave problems such as the diversion of loan objectives is not in accordance with the average business application of businesses to non-businesses such as school funding, household purchases, house improvement, jewelry, entertainment, etc. It causes negative impacts such as (1) additional debt for members; (2) the changing of food consumption to debt payments; (3) bad loans so that funds cannot be handed over to other members; (4) the increased debt of the member to other institutions so that it makes getting worse for the finance; (5) the conflict of payment in a group; (6) the environmental development programs have stalled due to insufficient funding participation because members do not have good financial planning; (7) the environmental services and finance programs will be terminated by BKM to the environment which has arrears in installments. The solutions provided in the service program are (1) providing skills in determining the priority scale of household needs; (2) providing financial planning skills; (3) providing Financial Check-Up training; (4) providing skills in making a family financial budget; (5) Assisting and monitoring participants.
High number of non performing financing (NPF) has a negative impact on Islamic Microfinance (BMT), that problems affect to financial performance in low condition, liquidity problems, as well as difficulties in covering operational costs, difficulties to payback financial obligations, and BMT will eventually losses then will be converted by reducing the amount of capital. That things will be resulting in the threat of sustainability. The aims of this study, are explain the strategies used by BMT`s in Jepara to solve their NPF. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach, this research used purposive sampling, the criteria is the key person in carrying out steps to resolve NPF in their institutions. The research finding is, there are strategies to overcome the problems of high NPF. The strategy used by 2 models, first preventive action in the form of forming strong financing organs and carrying out effective financing analysis second curative action after the financing is disbursed (1) Customer Nurturing (2) Rescheduling, (3) Reconditioning, (4) Restructuring, (5) Collateral Confiscation through litigation and non-litigation. Other findings is (6) The strategy as solution through the organizational path that became afiliation of the KSPPS BMT.
Consuming halal products has become a lifestyle and trend for both Muslim and non-Muslim communities throughout the world. Despite creating a large market potential and the government has strong desire to make Indonesia as a reference for world halal producers and encourage the facilitation of knowledge and awareness of halal products. This study aims to determine the effect of the knowledge of SMEs actors about halal certification on willingness to take halal certification and find out whether awareness of halal products has an influence on willingness to take halal certification. This study used a questionnaire in data collection, and the research informants were micro and small business actors in the food and beverage sector. The results of this study found that knowledge has no significant effect on the willingness of SMEs to participate in self-declared halal certification, while awareness has a positive and significant effect on the willingness of SMEs to participate in self-declare halal certification. The implications of this finding can be conveyed to the government in order to conduct intensive socialization regarding free halal certification which can involve micro and small actors who are successful in participating of halal certification.
