This study discusses how the implementation of Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship-based madrasa management in achieving the success of madrasa management in Langkat. The form of madrasa management based on Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship management which is analyzed through the form of the process of implementing education, funding, marketing / promotion, human resource management and the environment which is carried out based on the concept of Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship (honesty, gratitude, Islamic values, blessings of Allah SWT and the concept of worship. to Allah SWT). The location of this research was conducted at 60 madrasa in Langkat by taking sambel 300 respondents consisting of leaders, teachers, education staff and management. The research is field research using naturalistic qualitative techniques. The data were collected using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data were analyzed and verified and then concluded that it was inductive. The results of the study prove that 1) madrasas in Langkat have not maximally implemented Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship on school management because there is no strong commitment to all management to apply the concept 2) Not all Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship management criteria are applied in the management of madrasa which are religious-based schools of Islam 3) Collaboration is needed from TOP Management to students in applying the concept of Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship in school management so as to achieve competitive advantage and management sustainability until the future.
This study aims to identify and know the madrasa management model in Langkat District based on Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship. This model will be used as a madrasah management strategy in Langkat District for the continuation of madrasas in the future. This research is descriptive quantitative and explanatory research. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that was accompanied by a brief interview to the research respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Then the data is processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques using AMOS. The study population is all employees implementing or managing madrasa management in Langkat District with a sample of 300 respondents selected according to the SEM analysis standard chosen by accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the management of madrasa based on Islamic values (combined with the values of professionalism) was considered capable of supporting madrasah management and sustainability in the future. There are several factors that support the management of madrasa based on Islamic values, its known honest behavior as the most important factor, the concept of worship to Allah SWT, blessing factor from Allah SWT. But Islamic values (siddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathanah), thankful behavior do not have a significant effect because the measurement is difficult to objectively carry out because it is related to the individual character of a nature that not everyone can or does not want to be measured directly and openly. Therefore it is necessary to have character education, the existence of spirituality education for management managers and optimal management supervision.
The inability of the law to be an accommodating and acceptable rule makes for disharmony over diversity in Indonesia. Various sharia-nuanced regional regulations continue to emerge in various regional lines in Indonesia. However, it is necessary to conduct legal analysis related to its existence in the constitutional legal system in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical. The results showed that in a democratic country positivization of Islamic law both in absolute (law) and relatif (local regulations) does not violate in the constitutional legal system that also guarantees the fulfillment of human rights to its citizens. In addition, the lack of political will from the regional government of North Sumatra to support sharia-nuanced regional regulations proposed by districts / cities that are less responded to by the government at the provincial level that hinders the process of positivization of sharia-nuanced regional regulations in North Sumatra
There are several ways that the Muslim community in solving the problem of division of inheritance in the city of Langsa, that is by way of musyawarah or kinship both involve family or even involving the village device, and the last way is through the Court Syar'iyah Langsa. Many Langsa city residents are procrastinating their inheritance. Factor or reason Langsa City society postpone the division of inheritance that is: agreement of all heirs; the heirs of many who are young or have not yet been given an inheritance; some parties want to take possession of the estate so that there is no or delayed distribution of the inheritance; most societies consider discussing inheritance after heirs are taboo; still life of one of the father or mother of the heir so that postponed the division of inheritance. The impact of delay in distribution of inheritance made by the community in Langsa City, as follows: conflict between the heirs, whether mild conflict to severe conflict; the existence of reduced heirs rights of the part which should be accepted; the existence of heirs who can not feel the inheritance due to death before the inheritance had been distributed; the breaking of the relationship or the brotherhood between the heirs due to the seizure of inheritance.
The number of cases of sexual violence against children (pedophilia) that did not experience a decline prompted the Indonesian government to pass regulations related to the imposition of chemical castration sanctions on pedophile perpetrators. The existence of these sanctions raises pros and cons in various circles. This study aims to describe the perspective of philosophical normative Islamic law related to the pros and cons of using the maqashid sharia approach of Asy-Syathibi. This research is a qualitative research in the form of literature study. The results of the study concluded that chemical castration sanctions for pedophiles do not contradict and are relevant to the objectives of Islamic law. The punishment is expected to be able to provide a deterrent effect, as well as to function as a preventive against the possibility of repeating the same type of crime.
