Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis bagaimana kompetensi pedagogik dosen berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STKIP Al Maksum. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang mahasiswa yang berasal dari 5 prodi di STKIP Al Maksum. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara singkat kepada mahasiswa dan dosen. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisa memperlihatkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dosen perngaruh signifikan artinya memberikan dampak yang kuat dan secara nyata terhadap pencapaian prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Pencapaian nilai kompetensi pedagogik dosen sudah baik tetapi tidak pada seluruh aspek yang membangun kompetensi, khususnya pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran dengan prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik kurang maksimal dan masih banyak mahasiswa yang merasa kurang puas dengan metode pembelajaran dosen di kelas. Pimpinan perguruan tinggi perlu aktif memberikan pelatihan, edukasi, dan membuka forum diskusi yang aktif antar dosen terkhusus dosen pengampu mata kuliah yang sama untuk saling berbagi ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengajar, demi mencapai hasil belajar yang berkualitas dan prestasi akademik yang berkelanjutan.
The aim of this study is to develop a grouping model in order to determine the means of trade and accommodation according to the regions in Indonesia. Research can be a reference for the government to increasing the income of each region in Indonesia equally. Research data were taken from a website that provides government statistical data, namely BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik)-www.bps.go.id The solution is to use data mining techniques with clustering methods. The data test process uses the Rapid Miner software. Three clusters of mapping labels are used, namely the high cluster (K1), the normal cluster (K2) and the low cluster (K3). The results of the rapidminer processing were obtained from the centroid data for high clusters, namely ((1527), (810.4), (5865), (6655.3), (323), (315.1); the medium cluster, namely ((286), (199.591), (1327), (2240.227), (93.227), (140.955)); and the low cluster, namely (139.25), (122.5), (508.833), (919.222), (64.417), (94.444)). The cluster results show that 5 provinces are classified as high in clusters; 13 provinces are classified as medium clusters; and 16 provinces are classified as low clusters. Out of the results of the study, some 47% of areas in Indonesia still have low trade and housing facilities. With this analysis, it is hoped that the government will be able to pay more attention to regions whose revenues are still below average.
Early observations made on the Indonesian language teacher, Henny Indriany, S.Pd. at SMAN 3 Medan, explained that the assessment instrument carried out by the teacher was only on the selected assessment technique according to the characteristics or abilities of students. Whereas the assessment process in writing scientific papers is very good and effective if the principles of this assessment are considered when the teacher is: (1) there are clear restrictions on what is prioritized for assessment. (2) the selected assessment technique must be in accordance with the characteristics or abilities to be measured. (3) comprehensive assessment requires various types of assessment techniques. (4) should be aware that the assessment techniques used have limitations. (5) the assessment must be used to improve the learning achievement of students. Data regarding the quality of the character assessment instrument based on rational data (validator assessment) is taken using a validation sheet filled in by experts in the field of educational assessment, and the preparation of a psychological scale. The expert validation sheet consists of four answer scores, namely 1, 2, 3, and 4. The number of questions is 20 items so that the range of scores obtained is between 20-80. The results obtained are converted into the following eligibility criteria. Learning Indonesian, especially writing poetry based on character education which is served to students, aims to train students to be skilled in language, especially writing by expressing ideas and feelings creatively and critically. Learning to write poetry in high school according to the 2013 Curriculum aims to improve the skills of students in appropriate and creative language, increase the ability to think logically, critically and reason, and increase the sensitivity of feelings and the ability of students to understand and implement the values of character education in everyday life. day and in the school environment.
This study discusses how the implementation of Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship-based madrasa management in achieving the success of madrasa management in Langkat. The form of madrasa management based on Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship management which is analyzed through the form of the process of implementing education, funding, marketing / promotion, human resource management and the environment which is carried out based on the concept of Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship (honesty, gratitude, Islamic values, blessings of Allah SWT and the concept of worship. to Allah SWT). The location of this research was conducted at 60 madrasa in Langkat by taking sambel 300 respondents consisting of leaders, teachers, education staff and management. The research is field research using naturalistic qualitative techniques. The data were collected using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data were analyzed and verified and then concluded that it was inductive. The results of the study prove that 1) madrasas in Langkat have not maximally implemented Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship on school management because there is no strong commitment to all management to apply the concept 2) Not all Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship management criteria are applied in the management of madrasa which are religious-based schools of Islam 3) Collaboration is needed from TOP Management to students in applying the concept of Islamic Spiritual Entrepreneurship in school management so as to achieve competitive advantage and management sustainability until the future.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi media evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis android serta mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Hight Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis android pada mata pelajaran Praktikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang kelas XI AKL di SMK Al Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu: 1) Analysis (Analisis); 2) Design (Perancangan); 3) Development (Pengembangan); 4) Implementation (implementasi); dan 5) Evaluation (Penilaian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis android ini valid yang didasarkan pada hasil validasi ahli media mencapai persentase 83% dalam kategori baik, hasil validasi ahli materi mencapai persentasi 83,82% dalam kategori baik dan hasil validasi ahli pembelajaran mencapai persetase 85% dalam kategori baik. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran berbasis android yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Adapun peningkatan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Hight Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) siswa ditunjukkan dari hasil uji T terhadap nilai pretest dan postest. Berdasarkan hasil uji T yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Pired Samples dengan taraf kebenaran 95% di peroleh hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka ada perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Hight Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) siswa antara sebelum dan setelah menggunakan media evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis android.
