Kesenian berhubungan erat dengan nilai estetis yang dituangkan dalam karya seni. Di Sulawesi Selatan, nilai-nilai dalam kesenian dapat dikatakan sebagai kebudayaan yang memuat nilai- nilai kearifan lokal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pemberian makna seni melalui aspek keilmuan agar karya seni dapat diteruskan pada generasi yang baru. Kegiatan kesenian dan budaya di Desa Lerang tidak pernah terlaksana, ini disebabkan karena sumber daya manusia kebanyakan sudah bekerja sebagai petani dan pekebun, merantau keluar daerah, dan pandemic COVID-19. Tim KKNT UNM berinisiatif untuk mengadakan pelatihan kesenian dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu: tahap Observasi, Sosialisasi, Pendaftaran Peserta Pelatihan Kesenian, Pelaksanaan, dan Pembentukan Komunitas Seni. Hasil dari pelatihan kesenian ini yaitu: (1) Terjalinnya silaturahmi antara siswa siswi se-DesaLerang, (2) Peserta pelatihan kesenian menampilkan bakatnya di malam ramah tamah KKNT UNM, (3) Terbentuknya komunitas seni di Desa Lerang sebagai wadah dalam mengembangkan bakat siswa siswi se-Desa Lerang dalam bidang kesenian serta sebagai upaya dalam melestarikan kebudayaan daerah. In this study, the aim of this study is to find out how the effect of CSR partially, increasing revenue and ownership on tax avoidance, and to find out which variables have a strong influence on tax avoidance in bank companies which have been previously listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as the population in this study, while as many as 13 companies are used as samples and have been selected through purposive sampling technique. Documentation technique is the technique used in this study. n this study using linear regression as data analysis. The results obtained in this study are: (1) simultaneously, where tax avoidance cannot be affected by the growth that occurs in revenue. and (2) partially, tax avoidance in banking companies cannot be affected by the growth that occurs in revenue.
Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Desa Lerang, Kecamatan Lanrisang, Kabupaten Pinrang hampir semua Guru memiliki komputer/laptop, akan tetapi mereka masih menggunakan papan tulis sebagai media pembelajaran, membuat bahan ajar dan menyajikan materi ajar kepada siswa-siswi secara manual dan kreativitas guru dalam menyajikan materi menjadi monoton dan tidak berkembang. Selain itu, masih banyak dari siswa UPT SMPN 2 Mattiro Sompe dan UPT SMAN 10 Pinrang menggunakan teknologi khususnya android untuk hal-hal yang kurang bermanfaat, seperti banyaknya siswa menggunakan android mereka untuk bermain game online, menghabiskan waktu luangnya dengan berseluncur di media sosial. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi mengadakan sebuah pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bagi guru dan siswa tentang pemanfaatan teknologi serta mengasah keterampilan guru dalam membuat dan menyajikan bahan ajar, serta meningkatkan kreativitas siswa menggunakan Android dalam menghasilkan suatu karya. Pelatihan sesi pertama yaitu Pelatihan Microsoft Office Powerpoint di Laboratorium Komputer SMA Negeri 10 Pinrang untuk para pengajar dan Pelatihan desain grafis dengan aplikasi PixelLab dilaksanakan di Laboratorium IPA SMPN 2 Mattiro Sompe untuk para siswa yang ada di Desa Lerang, Kecamatan Lanrisang, Kabupaten Pinrang. Dari kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan Microsoft Office Powerpoint dan desain grafis bertujuan agar dapat membantu para guru dan siswa-siswi dalam meningkatkan keterampilannya di bidang teknologi dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi software yang ada, melatih kreatifitas guru dalam membuat bahan ajar yang menarik untuk siswa serta melatih kreatifitas siswa tentang desain grafis di era modern agar informasi yang mereka sampaikan lewat desain tersampaikan dengan baik.
Student learning satisfaction is one of the indicators of teachers or lecturers success in teaching performance. It is assumed that the greater student satisfaction with a lecturer’s teaching style equates to better teaching performance by the lecturer. Current research has established that students satisfaction level within a university learning environment correlates with the lecturers teaching performance. The present study took place within a university examining students and lecturers in the Faculty of Economics at Makassar State University in Indonesia. The sample comprised 81 individuals who were investigated using a correlational descriptive study model. Data were gathered through questionnaires and the study of documents and then further analysed using a regression model that consisted of R2, F, t, and determination tests. Findings were that a lecturer’s performance, which involves preparation, opening, core, and closing activities in a lesson, positively and significantly correlated with student satisfaction levels.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, digital-based millennial entrepreneurship is a digital entrepreneurship ecosystem that pays attention to the development of technology, information and communication which is used as a model for changing conventional businesses into digital platforms. The research method used is literature study and documentation. Based on a factor analysis of the digital-based millennial entrepreneurship ecosystem, it was found that digital utilization is low due to policies that cannot be exceeded by the explicit and implicit social norms of the digital generation in the city of Makassar. However, the Digital Entrepreneurship Technology (DTE) and Digital Multisided Platform (DMP) factors must continue to develop, which is followed by the development of a digital entrepreneurship platform so that it can add to the expansion of the online market. The government needs to pay attention to policies that will be faced with business changes, namely by providing internet facilities that are smooth and spread across all regions by seeking development in terms of telecommunication infrastructure, developing quality people and realizing a network that is free from interference.
