<p>Seiring berkembangnya zaman maka teknologi pun juga semakin maju begitu juga dalam evaluasi kondisi permukaan perkerasan jalan raya. Dalam metode PCI dibutuhkan waktu relatif lama dan ketelitian untuk dilakukan, tergantung pada banyaknya segmen yang diteliti. Pada tahun 2017 developer Infrasoft mengeluarkan perangkat lunak berbasis web untuk monitoring, pelaporan survey dan analisa kerusakan jalan yang dinamakan <em>REMS (Road Evaluation and Monitoring System)</em>. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kondisi permukaan perkerasan jalan pada ruas jalan Prambanan – Pakem dengan metode PCI menggunakan lembaran form survey untuk mendapatkan data kerusakan lalu menghitung nilai PCI nya dan metode PCI menggunakan aplikasi REMS.</p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagi 30 segmen yaitu mulai dari STA 0+450 sampai STA 15+000. Evaluasi kondisi permukaan perkerasan menggunakan metode <em>Pavement Condition Index</em> (PCI), dengan data yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan menuliskan hasilnya pada form yang tesedia. Sedangkan evaluasi PCI<em> </em>dengan menggunakan <em>REMS </em>hanya perlu menginput data kerusakan dan hasil analisisnya akan langsung tersedia pada website <em>infrasoft.id</em>.</p><p>Hasil evaluasi kondisi permukaan perkerasan Jalan Prambanan - Pakem STA 0+450 sampai STA 15+000 menggunakan metode PCI Manual menghasilkan nilai sebesar 77.4 dengan kategori <em>“</em><em>Satisfactory</em><em>”.</em> Hasil perhitungan metode <em>Pavement Condition Index </em>(PCI) dengan menggunakan aplikasi <em>Road Evaluation and Monitoring System (REMS)</em> pada ruas tersebut didapatkan nilai sebesar 80.3 dengan kategori “<em>Satisfactory”</em>. Analisis perbandingan nilai kondisi PCI<em> </em>manual dan PCI REMS dari total 30 segmen, diperoleh 15 segmen yang mempunyai pesentase simpangan kurang dari atau sama dengan 1%. Hal ini disebabkan karena perbedaan keakuratan dalam pembacaan grafik <em>(DV</em> dan <em>CDV) </em>dan dalam metode PCI untuk pemilihan nilai CDV, dipilih dari nilai paling tinggi tetapi untuk PCI REMS diambil nilai dengan urutan pertama.</p>
The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of integrated focusky learning media of religious value to develop the discipline character of elementary school students. The method used in this research is research and development or Research and Development (R & D) which consists of three stages, namely: 1) preliminary study, 2) model development, 3) model testing. This learning media is assessed by three experts. The expert consists of material, language and media experts. Data collection techniques use media questionnaires, lattice instruments for student assessment of products, character achievement instruments. Analysis of data using SPSS 20 for Windows using paired samples t-test and t test independent samples t-test. The sample used is grade 5 elementary school students. Results obtained by material experts with a percentage of feasibility of 84% with very valid categories, linguists with a feasibility percentage of 77% with valid categories, media expert assessment results of 93% with very valid categories and learning media are valued by students as support. The average results of differences in pretest and posttest in the experimental class get a value of 7.56250 and the control class gets the average difference in pretest and posttest of 4.35714. This shows that focusky media integrated religious values are worthy of being used in the learning process and can develop the character of student discipline.
Apart from War Military Operations, the TNI also carries out Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP). The background of this research is to assist the regional government, assist the Republic of Indonesia National Police in the context of security and public order tasks regulated by law, assist in coping with the consequences of natural disasters, evacuation and provision of humanitarian assistance. This qualitative research discusses the implementation of military operations task policies other than the Squadron-13/Serbu Puspenerbad unit war in the involvement in eradicating Covid 19 in Berau, East Kalimantan along with the supporting and inhibiting factors by using the Van Mater and Van Horn theories. Data collection was carried out by interviews, documentation and observation. The results obtained are then collected, reduced, presented and conclusions drawn. The results obtained were that the implementation of military operations task policies other than the Squadron-13/Serbu Puspenerbad unit war in the involvement of the eradication of Covid 19 in Berau, East Kalimantan, has been running optimally and in accordance with applicable regulations. Supporting factors are the number of sufficient and complete personnel, clarity of main tasks and functions, good organizational work relations, implementation of scheduled activities. As well as other adequate and supportive resources. Then there are inhibiting factors, namely the application in the field is still found by people who do not comply with health protocols which affect the number of positive cases of Covid-19
Rural development should not be longer following the old approach model, because the era of disruption provides an opportunity for spatial and trade arrangements that can provide direct access to a wider market. Padarek Village is one of tobacco producer that is well accepted by leading cigarette companies in Indonesia. The quality of tobacco produced not provided yet to increase the welfare of rural communities, because the marketing is still traditionally. Tobacco products have the opportunity to grow into a wider market, especially by utilizing technologies and communications. This study will examine Padarek Village's (as a case study in Indonesia) agricultural product development opportunities, especially tobacco in utilizing business opportunities in this disruption era. This study used LQ, shift-share, projection, surplus deficit, land suitability, and Analytical Hierarchy Process. To get information about the perceptions and aspirations of farmers, this study used the questionnaires and interviews. The result is a model of rural development in Padarek Village to improve the welfare of tobacco farmers and their rural communities.
