Dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Islam sangat di perlukan Perubahan dan usaha yang lebih baik lagi, di karenakan tantangangan zaman yang akan datang menuntut lembaga pendidikan islam untuk mengikuti perkembangan zamannya, untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan dan minat masyarakat sangat perlu peningkatan Mutu pendidikan itu sendiri, agar anak anak yang mereka titipkan pada Lembaga pendidikan Islam mampu bersaing dan mampu mengahadapi era saat ini. Pendekatan sistem atau berpikir kesisteman adalah salah satu solusi mendasar yang harus dipahami dan diterapkan oleh setiap manajer lembaga pendidikan Islam agar Lembaga Pendidikan Islam menjadi Lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu. Artikel ini mereview Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Mutu Pendidikan Islam, yaitu: Jenis Kesisteman, Konstruksi Kesisteman dan Berfikir Kesisteman, suatu studi literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Jenis Kesisteman berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Islam; 2) Konstruksi Kesisteman berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Islam; dan 3) Berfikir Kesisteman   berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Islam.

Acceleration Mechanism of Prevention and Corruption Eradication (ACPE) needs quality Integrity and Hisbah. The studies provide the role of the IH Model in the ACPE in Indonesia. There are two research objectives; First, how to accelerate the IH-Model tool based on the activities of potential primary sources of economic income in a region. Second, whether the role of the IH-Model has been carried out by the government through quality human resources and quality accounting reports. The methodology of these studies uses a literature review related to the IH-Model with secondary data, documentation and empirical studies. The result shows that the IH-Model has been carried out, but still needs a sustainable strategic stage, i.e. initial economic data collection and control of sustainable activities. The implications are to raise awareness in all levels of professions in accelerating the ACPE in Indonesia.

The aim of this conceptual paper is to find out how Hajj and Islamic banks can contribute to the realization of noble civilization. This research is a conceptual paper with qualitative methods supported by data and information from the scientific literature of previous research. The discussion of conceptual papers is limited by the following research questions (1) What are the benefits of early Hajj? (2) What is the relationship between the intention of pilgrimage from an early age to noble civilization?; (3) What is the role of Islamic banking in enhancing noble civilization? Civilization is an inseparable aspect of Islam. Therefore the effort to reach a civilized society is through the contribution of the younger generation, one of the ways is the hajj in the productive age and the availability of support from Islamic banking which provides products and services following Islamic principles.
