Abstrak - Dalam rangka terciptanya hasil kinerja sekolah yang baik, maka dilakukanlah proses evaluasi terhadap kinerja sekolah. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas kinerja sekolah di SMK TELKOM PEKANBARU. Untuk menentukan proses penilaian dibutuhkan enam kriteria, yaitu tata usaha, tenaga kependidikan, humas, sarana dan prasarana, pembelajaran dan tenaga pendidik dengan bobot yang sudah di tentukan pada setiap kriteria, adapun responden dari penelitian kinerja sekolah adalah Orang Tua, Siswa, Guru, Pegawai, dan Kepala Sekolah. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem ini pihak sekolah dapat mengevaluasi setiap kualiatas pendidikan dan pelayanan yang ada pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pekanbaru. Untuk itu metode yang dipilih adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan pengukuran terbaik dalam sistem pengukuran kepuasan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dari pengujian Blackbox dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) didapatkan total presentase yaitu 94,4% yaitu “Sangat Setuju”.Kata kunci: AHP, Penilaian, Sistem Pengukuran Kepuasan Abstract - An evaluation process on school performance is carried out in order to produce good school performance results. The purpose of this evaluation is to assist SMK TELKOM PEKANBARU in improving the quality of its school performance. Six criteria, namely administration, education staff, public relations, facilities and infrastructure, learning and teaching staff, with a predetermined weight on each criterion, are needed to determine the assessment process, while respondents from school performance research are Parents, Students, Teachers, Employees, and the Principal. So that the school can assess the quality of education and services provided at Pekanbaru Vocational High School using this system. As a result, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach was used to obtain the best measurement in the satisfaction measurement system. Based on the results of the analysis of the Blackbox and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing, the total percentage was 94.4% namely "Strongly Agree".Keywords: AHP, Assessment, Satisfaction Measurement System
