This study aims to develop a feasible Android-based Rockport Walking Fitness Test application. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of four stages of development: analysis, design, development and implementation, and evaluation. The Rockport Walking Fitness Test application contains the application menu, in the form of: (a) homepage, (b) Rockport Test, which contains a description page about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) guide, contains a guide page for application use and implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test , (d) start the test, the data input page and timer that guides the implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, which continues to display the results of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test conducted, and (e) about, is a page that contains information about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application and developer profile. Feasibility of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application is assessed based on the assessment of material experts, obtained a score of 53.50 from a total score of 56.00 (very feasible category). Appraisal of feasibility by media experts obtained a score of 63.00 from a total score of 68.00 (very feasible category). The assessment of users in small group trials obtained a score of 42.17 from a total score of 52.00 (decent category). In the large group/field trial, the user assessment obtained a score of 49.77 from a total score of 52.00 (very feasible category). ROCKPORT WALKING FITNESS TEST APPS: APLIKASI TES KEBUGARAN KARDIORESPIRASI METODE ROCKPORT BERBASIS ANDROID AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test berbasis Android yang layak. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation, Evaluation) yang terdiri dari empat tahap pengembangan yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan dan implementasi, serta evaluasi. Gambaran umum aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test memuat menu aplikasi, berupa: (a) beranda, (b) Rockport Test, yang berisi halaman deskripsi tentang Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) panduan, beirisi halaman panduan penggunaan aplikasi dan pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (d) mulai tes, yaitu halaman input data dan penghitung waktu yang memandu pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, yang dilanjutkan menampilkan hasil Rockport Walking Fitness Test yang dilakukan, dan (e) tentang, merupakan halaman yang memuat informas mengenai aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test serta profil pengembang. Kelayakan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test dinilai berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, diperoleh skor sebesar 53,50 dari skor total sebesar 56,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media diperoleh skor sebesar 63,00 dari nilai skor total sebesar 68,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian para pengguna pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh skor sebesar 42,17 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (layak). Pada uji coba kelompok besar/lapangan, penilaian pengguna diperoleh skor sebesar 49,77 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (sangat layak).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban metode sirkuit kombinasi dengan latihan aerobik terhadap berat badan dan persentase lemak tubuh pada remaja overweight. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design menggunakan one-group pretest-post test design. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria remaja laki-laki overweight, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Tes yang dilakukan adalah pengukuran persentase lemak tubuh dan berat badan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas varian, dan uji t. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata berat badan saat pretest adalah 81,38 dan nilai rata-rata berat badan data postest adalah 75,85. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 10,866 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara berat badan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil uji t pada pengukuran persentase lemak tubuh menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata persentase lemak tubuh saat pretest adalah 27,27 dan nilai rata-rata data persentase lemak tubuh saat posttest adalah 24,09. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,963 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara persentase lemak tubuh sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan beban dengan metode sirkuit kombinasi dengan latihan aerobik merupakan salah satu metode latihan yang efektif untuk menurunkan berat badan dan persentase lemak tubuh remaja overweight.
This study aims to determine the work productivity of people with physical disabilities during the covid 19 pandemic in DIY. This research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive research with a survey approach. The sample in this study will be taken from the existing population using "purposive sampling" namely male and female sex, age 20-30 years, and quadriplegic only one limb is paralyzed at the bottom so that a sample of 20 is obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire to determine the work productivity of people with disabilities consists of five influencing factors, namely: 1) motivation, 2) knowledge, 3) skills, 4) attitudes, and 5) independence. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The method of calculating data analysis is to find the magnitude of the relative frequency of the percentage. Determination of categories in the assessment of the management of the results of scoring research or assessments with conversion criteria. The results of the research on the five indicators of work productivity, namely the motivation indicator can be categorized as very high and high with a value of 39.3%. The knowledge indicator is included in the very good category with a value of 42.9%. Most of the skill indicators are in the high category with a value of 42.9%. Attitude indicators are also mostly included in the high category with a value of 42.9%. While the independence indicator is included in the high category with a percentage value of 46.4%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the overall work productivity of people with physical disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic in DIY can be categorized as high with a percentage value of 60.7%.
Permasalahan yang terjadi di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Gamping Yogyakarta pada olahraga sepak takraw adalah sebagian siswa ada yang belum terampil melakukan sepakmula, sepaksila, sepakkuda, heading, dan smash. Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode surve. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah seluruh peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Gamping, berjumlah 22 siswa yang ditentukan dengan purposive saampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes keterampilan dasar bermain Sepak takraw terdiri dari: tes sepakmula, sepaksila, sepakkuda, heading dan smash. Teknik analisis disini berbentuk presentase keterampilan bermain Sepak takraw di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Gamping Yogyakarta dengan hasil “sangat kurang” 0% (0 siswa), “kurang” 40,91% (9 siswa), “sedang” 31,82% (7 siswa), “tinggi” 18,18% (4 siswa), dan “sangat tinggi” 9,09% (2 siswa). Dengan nilai rata-rata 49,99 dengan hasil keterampilan bermain Sepak takraw di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Gamping Yogyakarta dalam kategori “sedang”.Sepak Takraw: How ability of state elementary school in the Covid-19 Pandemic?AbstractThe problem that occurs in public elementary schools throughout the Gamping District of Yogyakarta in the sport of sepak takraw is that some students are not yet skilled at soccer, soccer, horse soccer, heading, and smash. The subjects in the study were all participants of the sepak takraw extracurricular at State Elementary Schools in Gamping District, totaling 22 students who were determined by purposive sampling. This research instrument uses the basic skills test method for playing sepak takraw consisting of soccer, soccer, horse, heading, and smash tests. The analysis technique here is in the form of a percentage of the skills of playing sepak takraw in SD Negeri in Gamping District, Yogyakarta with the results of "very poor" 0% (0 students), "less" 40.91% (9 students), "moderate" 31.82% (7 students), “high” 18.18% (4 students), and “very high” 9.09% (2 students). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengamatan keterampilan bermain serta karakter sportif atlet elite dan nonelite usia 16 tahun di DIY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.. Subjek penelitian ini adalah atlet sepakbola pada elite dan non-elite. Populasi yang peneliti tetapkan adalah atlet sepakbola elite dan nonelite usia 16-18 tahun pada sekolah sepakbola di wilayah Provinsi DIY. Teknik penetapan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive random sampling, sehingga diperoleh 25 atlet elite dan 25 atlet non-elite. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes unjuk kerja keterampilan bermain untuk mengetahui keterampilan bermain dan kuesioner karakter sportif untuk mengetahui karakter sportif atlet. Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan passing atlet elite sebesar 100% termasuk kategori sangat tinggi sedangkan non-elite hanya 36% yang memiliki kategori sangat tinggi. Atlet elite 100% mempunyai keterampilan receiving sangat tinggi sedangkan atlet non-elite 36% termasuk kategori sedang. Atlet elite mempunyai keterampilan dribbling sebesar 88% sangat tinggi dan pada non-elite sebagian besar berkategori sedang dan rendah yaitu 24%. Keterampilan heading atlet elite berada pada kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 36%, sedangkan atlet non-elite termasuk dalam kategori sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 76%. Pada karakter sportif kerjasama pada atlet elite dan non-elite sama-sama termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 64% dan 96% pada kerjasama, 60% dan 84% karakter hormat, sedangkan disiplin 68% atlet elite dan 84% non-elite. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa atlet elite memiliki kemampuan keterampilan bermain lebih baik daripada atlet non-elite, sedangkan karakter sportif pada atlet elite dan non-elit memiliki karakter sportif yang sama pada kategori sangat tinggi meskipun jika dilihat dari persentasenya pada atlet non-elite menunjukkan hasil yang lebih besar. Comparison of the Playing Skills and Sportsmanship Characters of Elite and Non-Elite Football Athletes Ages 14-16 Years in DIY Abstract This study aims to observe the playing skills and sportsmanship of elite and non-elite athletes aged 16 years in Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were elite and non-elite soccer athletes. The population that the researchers determined was elite and non-elite football athletes aged 16-18 years at soccer schools in the DIY province. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive random sampling, in order to obtain 25 elite athletes and 25 non-elite athletes. The instrument in this study used a performance test of playing skills to determine playing skills and a sporty character questionnaire to determine the sportsmanship character of athletes. Data analysis technique with percentage descriptive. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the passing skills of elite athletes were 100% in the very high category, while only 36% of non-elite athletes had very high categories. 100% elite athletes have very high receiving skills while 36% non-elite athletes are in the moderate category. Elite athletes have very high dribbling skills by 88% and non-elite athletes are mostly in the medium and low category, namely 24%. The heading skill of elite athletes is in the very high category of 36%, while non-elite athletes are in the very low category, namely 76%. In terms of sportsmanship, cooperation between elite and non-elite athletes are both in the very high category with a percentage of 64% and 96% in cooperation, 60% and 84% of respectful character, while in discipline 68% of elite athletes and 84% non-elite athletes. So it can be concluded that elite athletes have better playing skills than non-elite athletes, while the sportsmanship character of elite and non-elite athletes has the same sportsmanlike character in the very high category even though when viewed from the percentage of non-elite athletes, the results show the greater one.
