Educational quality assurance is an important part of the education system, its function is to ensure that the education process goes according to plan and is able to achieve the goals effectively and efficiently. The implementation of Digital Assurance in the English Literature Department of Surakarta IAIN is one of the innovative steps in the quality assurance process at Surakarta IAIN. This paper will describe the transformation process that occurs in the implementation of Digital Assurance. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The analysis carried out concluded that the transformation process of quality assurance based on Digital Assurance in the Department of English Literature used a Top-Down pattern. Transformation is supported by leadership factors and strong commitment, adequate human resource support and a conducive organizational ecosystem.
Abstrak Penelitian ini fokus pada penelusuran preferensi mahasiswa atas Mata Kuliah Keislaman yang terdapat dalam Mata Kuliah Wajib Institut di IAIN Surakarta. Dengan menggunakan analisis konjoin penelitian ini memetakan mata kuliah wajib institut yang paling disukai oleh mahasiswa beserta faktor dominan yang mendasari preferensi tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan pada 584 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan proporsional acak bertingkat (proportional stratified random sampling) dari 8377 mahasiswa aktif IAIN Surakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kartu preferensi yang disusun berdasarkan pendekatan Kombinasi Penuh (full profile) atribut mata kuliah dan alasan memilih mata kuliah. Kata Kunci : Preferensi Mahasiwa, Mata Kuliah KeislamanAbstract This study focuses on student preference for Islamic Subjects contained in the Compulsory Courses Institute at IAIN Surakarta. By using conjoint analysis maps the research institute of the compulsory subjects of the most favored by students and the dominant factor underlying these preferences. The study was conducted on 584 students were selected by stratified random sampling of 8377 active students IAIN Surakarta. Collecting data using the card preference which is based on combination approach full profile attributes of subjects and reasons for choosing subjects.The study concluded that students assume Subjects Sejarah Peradaban Islam as a compulsory subject institute the most preferred with the attribute values of 26.71% and Metodologi Studi Islam became the most disliked by the attribute value 19.18%. While the dominant factor influencing the preference of students to institute compulsory subjects are used instructional media lecturer and desirability level of 22.01%, the quality factor of teaching faculty is the second reason of 21.50%, the lecture method used lecturer at 20.69% , materials and teaching materials are delivered to 18.56%, while 17.24% of the lecture time.
