The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing, product innovation, market orientation on marketing performance. The study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques are based on Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method uses the snowball sampling method. Online questionnaires are sent to 320 SMEs in Banten Province, where 300 responses are used. The results of data analysis show that social media marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance and market orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance.
The study aims to identify students' misconceptions about hydrostatic concepts using the Four-Tier Diagnostic Test with the help of iSpring Suite 9. The methods used in this study are quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are all students of Strata 1 of the Faculty of Engineering of Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University who are studying Basic Physics. Sampling in this study through pusposive sampling techniques that are subjective where the selection of samples is based on the consideration of the lecturer researcher concerned. Based on expert validation from the four tier diagnostic test assisted iSpring Suite 9, it can be concluded that the instruments that have been developed are suitable for use for research. The realibility of the question is calculated using the Alpha Cronbach coefficient and a realibility value of 0.93 is obtained. This shows that the questions used in the research are reliable. The results of the study, which identified student misconceptions regarding hydrostatics, can be concluded that there are still many students who experience misconceptions with a percentage of 70.21% on the concept of hydrostatic pressure, 40.43% on pascal's legal concept, 42.55% on the concept of Archimedes law. 46.81% on the concept of surface tension and 34.04% on the concept of capillarity. The percentage of overall misconceptions on the concept of hydrostatics falls into the high category.
Fisika merupakan ilmu yang tidak hanya belajar tentang teori, tetapi juga tentang perhitungan. Besaran dan satuan merupakan materi awal yang dipelajari dalam fisika. Peneliti melihat media yang digunakan dosen dalam kegiatan pembelajaran fisika masih banyak menggunakan Ppt, teks book, dan video Youtube. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat flip pdf modul untuk materi besaran dan satuan pada ilmu fisika. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah diperoleh digital modul berupa flip pdf modul untuk materi besaran dan satuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sepuluh tahap pengembangan untuk menghasilkan produk akhir yang siap untuk diterapkan. Pada penelitian ini sampai tahap uji validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil validasi digital modul ini, masuk dalam kriteria sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis digital yang sesuai dengan materi besaran dan satuan.
Differences in the Use of The Experimental Method of Inquiry and Verification ApproachTowards the Students Learning Results. This study was aimed to determine whether there is a difference in the understanding and the concept application as well as the scientific performance between the students who were given a lesson by using the experimental method with guided inquiry and verivication as well as informative approach (lecture). The type of this study is a true experimental study using the randomized pretestposttest control experimental design/ comparison group design with two experimental classes and a control class. The population of this research is all of XI class students in SMAN I Sedayu. The sample taken were 26 students of class XI IPA 1 as an experimental class 1 that was learning with guided inquiry approach, 26 students of class XI IPA 3 as an experimental class 2 that was learning with verification approach and class XI IPA 2 that was learning with informative approach. The hypothesis testing method used was one way ANOVA followed by Post Hoc analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant difference in the lerning results of understanding and concept application among students by teaching the experimental method which used the guided inquiry approach and the verification approach as well as the informative approach lecture). But there is no positive and significant difference in learning results of the scientific performance of the students. The group that learned physics with guided inquiry approach has average understanding and application of the concept better than those that used the verification approach and informative approach (lecture).Keywords : experimental method, inquiry approach, verification approach, learning results. Abstract. Fuzzy Logic Implementation on A Portable Automatic Handwashing Station with An Android-Based Monitoring System. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world and Indonesia, washing hands with soap was the first step to prevent the virus from entering the body. The hand washing facilities used by the community are still operated by hand. This creates an opportunity for the virus to spread. This study aims to create a hand washing facility using ultrasonic and Arduino sensors to avoid touching method in its operation, and a monitoring system with Android to monitor waste, water and soap which is equipped with features facilitating the maintenance system. This study implemented fuzzy logic in determining the engine ignition reaction with the hand distance indicator to the sensor. The result of testing the accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor to read hand distance is 92.65%.Keywords: Fuzzy Logic, Android, Handwashing Station Abstrak. Saat pandemi COVID-19 melanda dunia dan Indonesia, mencuci tangan dengan sabun merupakan langkah awal pencegahan virus masuk ke dalam tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat alat cuci tangan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dan Arduino untuk menghidari metode sentuh pada pengoprasiannya, dan sistem monitoring dengan Android untuk memantau limbah, air dan sabun yang dilengkapi dengan fitur yang memudahkan sistem perawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan logika Fuzzy dalam menentukan reaksi penyalaan mesin dengan indikator jarak tangan ke sensor.
