Setiap perusahaan harus mampu menarik konsumen dengan menawarkan produk yang berkualitas, penetapan harga yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan minat beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli untuk membeli pakaian batik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian descriptive dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis), , dimana populasi responden adalah semua konsumen batik lembur sebanyak 500 orang dengan sampel 84 orang responden dengan software SPSS 21. Dari hasil tanggapan responden yang telah terdistribusi maka secara simultan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga mempengaruhi minat beli dengan pengaruh kualitas produk sebesar 0,577 dan signifikan terhadap harga 0,263 dan secara simultan pengaruh kedua variabel pada minat beli 0,354. Dari hasil penelitian secara parsial mengetahui kualitas produk yang lebih dominan berpengaruh pada minat beli dibandingkan harga.
Every company must be able to invite its employees to provide a model of employee happiness at work and appropriate organizational citizenship behavior in accordance with the needs of the company which can make a person's organizational citizenship behavior better. This study aims to determine the model of employee happiness at work and organizational citizenship behavior of an employee in a company. This research is a descriptive and verification research using simple linear regression analysis, where the respondent population is all employees of 30 people with a sample size of 30 people using SPSS 24 software. The method used in this research is saturated sampling technique using the entire population as a sample. Collecting data using a direct survey method using a questionnaire. The results of respondents' responses that have been distributed and from the test results then employee happiness at work have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. To improve the organizational citizenship behavior of employees, the authors suggest that there be further research by other researchers on the issues of factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior besides happiness such as empathy at work, organizational conditions and the role of organizational management, supervisory ability and the quality of work itself.
West Java Province has the potential for good community economic growth through the empowerment of its government and private organizations. This empowerment is carried out because every organization often experiences obstacles and challenges related to performance and productivity conflicts in carrying out their activities. This research aims to determine the role of conflict management, work performance, and organizational productivity in the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Java. The research method used quantitative and Path analysis. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique on the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province employees, amounting to 67 of a population of 200 people. The study's results indicate that conflict influences work performance and productivity in the organization. Partially, organizational productivity dominated over work performance. Conflict often weakened a person's performance and reduced organizational productivity so that it might be appropriately handled.
Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada masa wabah covid-19 di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Winaya Mukti. Kondisi Pembelajaran Online dengan menggunakan e-learning pada atmosfir pendidikan tinggi memiliki maksud pengembangan cara belajar dengan online yang berbasis teknologi informasi dan selama ini telah berjalan pada perguruan tinggi. Guna mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang selama ini sudah berlangsung antara mahasiswa dan dosen secara khusus di kembangkan cara-cara atau metode transfer pengetahuan dalam berbagai mata kuliah secara daring. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada seluruh mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Winaya Mukti dengan menggunakan fasilitas google form. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier dan korelasi pearson. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 22 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hubungan pembelajaran daring selama covid 19 terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 0.553, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada masa covid-19. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran daring dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Abstract - This study aims to analyze online learning methods on student learning motivation during the covid-19 outbreak in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Winaya Mukti. Conditions of Online Learning by using e-learning in the atmosphere of higher education have the intention of developing ways to learn online based on information technology and so far has been running on universities. In order to develop the learning process that has been ongoing between students and lecturers in particular developed ways or methods of transferring knowledge in various online courses. The study was conducted using a questionnaire that was distributed to all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Winaya Mukti using the Google form facility. This research method uses linear regression and Pearson correlation. Data processing is performed using SPSS 22 for windows. From the results of the study note that the relationship of online learning during covid 19 to student learning motivation of 0.553, this shows that online learning methods have a significant positive effect on student learning motivation during covid-19. The benefits of this research can make a positive contribution to the development of online learning methods in growing student motivation.
