Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia saat ini sebagai penopang perkembangan pembangunan salah satunya adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya pelaku usaha dan daya serap tenaga kerja terhadap UMKM yang tinggi sebesar 97%. Desa Blimbing, Kecamatan Tarokan, Kabupaten Kediri merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar terutama pertanian, selain itu juga terdapat UMKM sebagai sumber usaha terbesar kedua bagi masyarakatnya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan obeservasi ditemukan beberapa permasalahan diantaranya para pelaku UMKM belum melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara konsisten sehingga keputusan yang diambil didasarkan intuisi dan pengalaman. Selain itu belum ada pemisahan pencatatan modal antara usaha dan keuangan pribadi. Oleh karena itu dari permasalahan tersebut telah dilaksanakan pelatihan dan pembuatan pembukuan sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel. Pada akhir sesi para peserta yangmana merupakan pelaku UMKM diberikan aplikasi laporan keuangan menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk mencatat hasil transaksi sehari-hari secara konsisten. Para peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini, dan semoga bisa menggunakan laporan keuangan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi usaha yang dilaksanakan

The potential of zakat in Indonesia is still much unrealized, but the increase in zakat acquisition from year to year needs to be appreciated. Moreover, at the end of 2019 precisely in December there was an outbreak of covid 19 in China. This increase is certainly caused by many factors ranging from the performance of Zakat Institutions and increased public understanding of the importance and obligations of Zakat as a Muslim. This study used zakat service quality variables, altruism as independent variables, the level of understanding for intervening variables and the compliance rate of its dependent variables. The research method uses questionnaires with data analysis using the path method. The results altruism had no influence on the compliance of paying zakat while the service variable of zakat institutions had an influence on the compliance of paying zakat. Meanwhile, the level of understanding has an influence on the compliance of paying zakat. For indirect influence of intervening variables indicate for altruism to zakat compliance the value is higher when passing the level of understanding whereas the service quality variable is higher value when directly to the level of compliance rather than having to go through the level of understanding

This in-depth knowledge of accounting lessons has many benefits in everyday life. Thus, it is very necessary to have an addition given to vocational students. The objectives of the activity are as follows: (1) Participants are expected to understand the process of Accounting Information System and basic accounting records and an increase in understanding, (2) Participants can understand the benefits of Accounting in daily life and (3) Participants know the accounting profession which includes the field of accounting. who are very broad in the world of work so that it becomes an inspiration if they continue to college. The methods used in carrying out the activities, namely: Giving handouts for reading materials for participants related to the topic of socialization about simple accounting in small companies. Conducting socialization/lectures in the field of accounting, discussions, and working on cases.

The potential of corn land in the Kediri region reaches 54,650 ha/year making corn production in Kediri abundant. Seeing the potential of large land areas shows the yield of bar and needs utilization from corn waste. The production of corn can be developed into animal feed. One of them is waste or waste from corn that has been milled. Jenjet as one of the alternatives to food, especially for cattle feed. Community service in Blimbing Village, Tarokan Subdistrict, Kediri Regency in general in the management of corn milling waste is still not fully utilized. Most of the population who own farmland and cattle still rarely use jenjet for alternative cattle feed. Therefore, it is expected that the material delivered about the utilization of corn milling waste can be an education and learning for the community that in corn crops waste other than leaves and stems can also be used for animal feed.
