ABSTRACT Cardiac catheterization in people with CHD causes anxiety. This is due to lack of or limited information, knowledge, and understanding of probblem catheterization. So for that we need the provision of health education. This study aims to determine the effect of pre cardiac catheterization healt educatin on patient anxiety levels at IPJT RSSA Malang. This type of research is pre experimental with the one group pre test-post test desain. A population of 23 and a sample o 16 respondent by purposive sampling. This research as conducted in February 2019 at IPJT RSSA Malang. The instrument usedwas a questionnaire sheet. The result showed anxiety before being given health education was severe anxiety (19%), moderate anxiety (62%), mild aniety (19%). Whereas after health educatin was made a little anxiety (75%) dan no anxiety (25%). The results showed 15 repondents experiences a decrease in anxiety levels from pre-test scores to post test scores. Wilcoxon rank test statistikal test obtained p value of 0,0001 (<0,05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence on the provision of health education for cardiac catheterization on the level of anxiety of patients in the IPJT RSSA Malang. It is recomended to reduce the level of anxiet by providing pre cardiac catheterization health education with more interesting media. Keywords: Health Education, Anxiety, Catheterization. ABSTRAK Tindakan kateterisasi jantung pada penderita PJK menyebakan timbulnya kecemasan. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya atau keterbatasan informasi, pengetahuan, dan pemahaman masalah kateterisasi jantung. Maka untuk itu diperlukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pendidikan kesehatan prakateterisasi jantung terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien di IPJT RSSA Malang. Jenis penelitian adalah praeksperimen dengan one group pre test-post test desain. Populasi sebanyak 23 orang dan sample 16 responden secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Februari 2019 di IPJT RSSA Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesiner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecemasan sebelum dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan adalah cemas berat (19%), cemas sedang (62%) dan cemas ringan(19%). Sedangkan setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan menjadi kecemasan ringan (75%) dan tidak ada kecemasan (25%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 15 responden mengalami penurunan tingkat kecemasan dari nilai pre test ke nilai post test. Uji statistik Wilcoxon signed rank test didapatkan p value sebesar 0,0001 (< 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pemberian pendidikan kesehatan prakateterisasi jantung terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien di IPJT RSSA Malang. Disarankan untuk menekan tingkat kecemasan dengan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan prakateterisasi jantung dengan media yang lebih menarik. Tuberkulosis aru merupakan penyakit menular yang saat ini telah menjadi ancaman global, karena hampir sepertiga penduduk dunia telah terinfeksi. Indonesia menempati posisi ketiga dunia untuk banyaknya penderita penyakit tuberculosis. Tingginya angka kematian yang disebabkan oleh tuberculosis paru, salah satu penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya kepatuhan dalam konsumsi obat. Dalam hal ini peran keluarga sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengawasi kepatuhan pasien tuberculosis paru dalam mengkonsumsi obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada klien tuberkulosis di wilayah Puskesmas Kedungkandang Kota Malang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan responden adalah pasien tuberculosis paru di Puskesmas Kedungkandang Kota Malang yang berjumlah 34 orang. Analisis data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat langsung oleh peneliti serta telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi spearman rank, berdasarkan uji statistik nilai yang didapat (p=0,042; α= 0,05; r= +0,812) hasil ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat.
Background: Laparotomy surgery cause severe pain intensity immediately post-surgery. Sufficient knowledge is predicted to be the patient’s provision to determine effective pain management through early mobilization. Purpose: The study aimed to determine the relationship between early mobilization knowledge and pain intensity on postoperative laparotomy patients. Methods: Cross-sectional study with 41 respondents were treated in the COVID-19 ward at Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital. Data were collected by early mobilization knowledge questionnaire and Verbal Response Scale (VRS). Data were analyzed using the Spearman rho test with a significance value α = 0.05. Results: The study showed 20 respondents (48.8%) have good knowledge of early mobilization. Of the amount, 25 respondents (61%) felt mild pain post laparotomy surgery. Statistical tests showed a significant relationship between knowledge of early mobilization and pain intensity (p = 0.046). Conclusions: Early mobilization knowledge correlates with pain intensity. Study results suggest for nurses to increase early mobilization education in post-laparotomy patients.
HIV attacks the sufferer's immune system and if coupled with prolonged psychosocial spiritual stress will accelerate the occurrence of AIDS, and even increase the mortality rate. AIDS is incurable. Giving ARV is to suppress the amount of virus (viral load). The purpose of the study was to motivate parents with parental compliance in giving their children anti-HIV drugs. This research is a quantitative method with used purposive sampling, cross sectional technique, 41 respondents were parents or caregivers of children with HIV patients who were taking ARV treatment. The results showed that the level of motivation of parents or caregivers in giving ARV drugs was sufficient 60.98% and Parental Compliance with HIV Drugs was compliant with 73.17%. Based on the Spearman Rank statistical test, the correlation value (r) is 0.372 and the p value is 0.017. P value < (0.05. It is hoped that the officers will improve the provision of health education about treatment and the impact of stopping treatment for patients with the method of giving leaflets to each respondent who comes to take medication so that it can be spread evenly.
