The global industry has been significantly affected by Covid 19, resulting in a reduction in organizational structure, an increase in demand for raw materials and delivery services, and a rise in prices that negatively affect the manufacturing industry. The department responsible for managing these issues is the purchasing department, which will experience a surge in workload and work pressure for its employeesImproving employee performance is a challenge for companies to maintain survival. The thing that needs to be considered is the workload of employees which affects work stress and ultimately causes a decrease in employee performance. The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of workload on performance through work stress. Research using quantitative research methods. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and distributed to 110 purchasing employees. SmartPLS 3 is used to process data from research results. The results of the study are that there is a negative effect of workload on performance, there is a positive influence of workload on work stress, there is a negative effect from work stress on employee performance, and there is a negative effect of workload on performance through work stress on purchasing employees. The results of this study can be used by companies to improve their performance, especially from factors related to workload and employee work stress.
Dalam rangka mengantisipasi fenomena belajar daring yang terus berkembang, Universitas Telkom melakukan uji coba kuliah secara blended learning. Hal tersebut penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan implementasi elearning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi e-learning. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 88 orang mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah E-Commerce dan Data Management yang merupakan mata kuliah uji coba blended learning berbasis platform e-learning CELOE di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner disebarkan secara online dan kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem e-learning, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem dan kepuasan pemakai, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap budaya belajar, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan e-learning, penggunaan sistem berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, dan kesuksesan e-learning, kepuasan pemakai berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan e-learning, budaya belajar berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai dan budaya belajar berpengaruh sedang terhadap kesuksesan e-learning. Hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan efikasi diri dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan implementasi e-learning.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari seberapa besar kepemimpinan ketua jurusan/program studi, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi berperan baik secara parsial maupun simultan dalam kinerja dosen serta merekomendasikan model hipotetik peningkatan kinerja dosen tetap rumpun manajemen perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 165 dosen tetap rumpun manajemen PTS di kota Bandung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan suatu alternatif model hipotetik pengembangan kinerja dosen dan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kinerja dosen tetap rumpun Manajemen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Bandung.
The outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic had a major impact on Indonesia's economic growth. One of the sectors affected is tourism. To boost the tourism industry, we must not forget the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) which are one of its supporters. During this pandemic, as many as 75% of SMEs had experienced a significant decline in sales. Most of these business actors apparently do not have a planning strategy for dealing with a disaster (disaster preparedness plan). In fact, this capability can help them prepare for business sustainability both during and after the pandemic. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to increase the empowerment of SME’s HR in order to improve the welfare of community-based tourism in Yogyakarta and Lombok. In general, the stages of activity are divided into two, namely 1) mapping SME’s entrepreneurs; 2) implementation of the online and offline training and mentoring program on entrepreneurial competence. The output expected from this activity is to select young entrepreneurs from each region who will later be given the opportunity to follow pitching and match making events with angel capital (entrepreneurs, CSR, local government, or banking). Meanwhile, the results of this activity are independent entrepreneurs who can become the driving force in their community
<p style="text-align: justify;">This study investigates whether digital competency and self-leadership influence teachers’ innovative work behavior in Islamic International schools. The participants in the quantitative research were 108 teachers from the Islamic International School, who were selected using saturated sampling. The researchers used a 41 items questionnaire to collect data on the study variables. Quantitative data were analyzed by applying structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) using Smart-PLS 3. According to the study's findings, digital competency has a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior, while self-leadership also has a positive impact that significantly influences innovative work behavior. Overall, the impact of digital competency and self-leadership simultaneously was 0.584 or 58.4%, while the other variables not tested in this study influenced the other 41.6%. This research emphasizes schools to improve building their teachers’ innovative work behavior and for teachers themselves through training, self-development programs, building knowledge sharing among teachers and school leaders, and open ideas about developing pedagogical and sustainable programs for schools.</p>
