This study aims to analyse the effect of population, economic growth and government spending on the inequality of income distribution in West Papua Province. This research was conducted in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province and is a quantative study. The population used in the research is according to 12 regencies and 1 city. The data analysis method used in this study is pane data regression analysis which is combination of time series data for 6 years and cross section data from 12 districts and 1 city. Based on panel data regression estimation, it is known that population and economic growth have a positive and significant effect on inequality in income distribution. Meanwhile, government spending through capital expenditures has no significant effect on the inequality of income distribution in West Papua Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah penduduk, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang di lakukan oleh peneliti adalah data menurut 12 kabupaten dan 1 kota yang berada di Provinsi Papua Barat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel yang merupakan kombinasi dari data time series selama 6 tahun dan data cross section dari 12 kabupaten dan 1 kota. Berdasarkan estimasi regresi data panel diketahui bahwa jumlah penduduk dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan. Sedangkan pengeluaran pemerintah melalui belanja modal tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di wilayah Provinsi Papua Barat.
