Persaingan dunia pendidikan menjadi fokus utama didalam dunia global, termasuk pendidikan matematika didalamnya. Peran pendidikan matematika menjadi peran penting dimasyarakat dalam menyiapkan dan membentuk sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki beberapa kompetensi sebagai fondasi pendidikannya, seperti kompetensi analitik, kompetensi interpersonal, kemampuan untuk bertindak, kemampuan untuk memproses informasi, dan kemampuan untuk mengelola perubahan. Kompetensi-kompetensi tersebut dilatihkan kepada siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung agar siswa memahami akan pentingnya pendidikan matematika dalam kehidupan seharihari dimasyarakat. Metode yang digunanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitiatif, karena permasalahan penelitian ini alamiah dari kehidupan masyarakat islami, yang hasilnya dianalisis sesuai data yang diperoleh. Pada artikel ini dijelaskan peran pendidikan matematika dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia guna membangun masyarakat islam modern yaitu masyarakat yang menjalankan prinsip islami di tengah-tengah perkembangan zaman dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin modern. Karakter yang dibangun dalam belajar matematika misalnya kejujuran dan keterbukaan, konsisten, ketelitian, percaya diri, kerja keras, berjiwa wirausaha, berfikir logis, mandiri, ingin tahu dan cinta ilmu.
In the 21 st century, creative and innovative thinking skill is greatly required. According to the P21 platform (Partnership for 21 st century learning), someone will survive in the 21 st century if they have the skills of creative and innovative skills. This study applies Research Based Learning (RBL), in which the level of the students' creative and innovative skills in class will be seen. The application of Research Based Learning (RBL) is done to the 34 students in the modeling class working on the problem of Locating Dominating Set.The data of his study was analyzed qualitatively to determine the level of creative and innovative thinking skills. Based on the result of the research, the level of the students' creative and innovative thinking skill is as follows: Out of 34 students, 3 students were chosen to represent critical thinking skill at level 4, 3, and 2. Each students has different character in accomplishing the A, B, and C test. Also, among those 3 students, the test result was analyzed during 3 meetings. The result showed that there was no students got 0 score of the critical thinking test. It means that the students master creative and innovative thinking skills in solving the problem, particularly in solving locating dominating set.
There was education a formal and also non formal a formal education and non formal definitely different intensity of the time that do even though the subjects given the same, an example in mathematics in the basic level. Recognition this activity aimed to provide knowledge to kids who do not school (formal), non so that they know the numbers to be able to count the base of. Method devotion is by lectures, discussion and practices. The one conducted by a team devotion in this activity is the stage, preparation and training in the implementation stage and the evaluation. From the introduction of the activities and operated the activities conducted there are 6, following are: 1) know the 1-10; 2) the rank; 3)counting the number of; 4) know the count and operation; 5) operates a sum that is using the picture; 6) operates colored using a photo of the reduction. This activity, succeded is conducted it turn out that kids love to play the media, colored although, takes time yet the sons feeling easily in the memorization and children able to operate the 1-10. Abstrak Pembelajaran di jenjang prasekolah lebih banyak bermain sambil belajar. Pembelajaran matematika juga dapat diterima anak dalam dunia penddikan pra sekolah, yaitu dengan cara mengenal numerik 1-10. Hal demikian dilakukan dengan menggunakan media kartu numerik secara klasikal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian anak-anak pra sekolah dhiva school dengan jumlah 18 anak. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa siswa pra sekolah mampu mengenal numerik, mampu menulis dan mampu mengurutkan numerik 1-10. efektifitas media kartu numerik, dengan menggunakan 4 indikator hasilnya untuk indikator kemauan belajar siswa kategori sangat baik, dengan rata-rata 84,4. Untuk indikator keterampilan siswa juga kriteria sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata 83,27. Indikator berikutnya mengenal angka 1-10 dengan benar dan tepat juga memproleh kriteria sangat baik, dengan rata-rata 83. Indikator yang terakhir diperoleh skor rata-rata 80,94 jika dibulatkan menjadi 81, jadi untuk indikator ini memperoleh kriteria sangat baik.
