Meningkatnya jumlah remaja putus sekolah secara tidak langsung memberikan sumbangan permasalahan penurunan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Perihal ini dikarenakan remaja merupakan aset negara di masa yang akan datang. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan pelayanan sosial guna meningkatkan kualitas. Secara khusus, artikel bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelayanan sosial sosial berbasis lembaga bagi remaja putus sekolah. Pelayanan sosial tidak hanya terbatas pada peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, tetapi juga keterampilan dan moralitas. Studi literatur digunakan dalam mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif artikel ini. Demikian, diperlukan pencarian literatur dan telaah mendalam terkait permasalahan yang dikaji. Hasil yang dideskripsikan oleh artikel ini terkait pelayanan sosial berbasis lembaga merupakan bentuk sinergitas masyarakat dan pemerintah. Pelayanan sosial ditujukan untuk mengembalikan peranan sosial penerima manfaat sehingga mereka dapat menjalankan tugas-tugas kehidupannya sesuai dengan perannya. Adapun pelayanan sosial berbasis lembaga bagi remaja putus sekolah, diinisiasi pemerintah yaitu Pelayanan Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR). Pelayanan sosial yang diberikan oleh PSBR dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pembinaan moralitas serta keterampilan kerja. Sehingga, remaja memiliki kemampuan dan kemandirian.

Local history includes a wide range of knowledge and noble values in a society that can be used as one perspective that is held in life. Those values can be attributed to learning course that leads to the affective attitude of the students. For society, the fabric sasirangan open just an ordinary cloth but the terms of the meaning and significance of the sublime. In this study local history lesson on the meaning attributed to shades of fabric sasirangan. The method used in this research is descriptive evaluative namely by combining the results of field exposure and testing of the products with evaluative methods. Stages in the development of this research are: 1) The preliminary research stage, 2) stage of media development, 3) stages try uj media (product). For data analysis hit feasibility media has been developed using a Likert scale ranges 5. The media effectiveness test using the test T. From the T test results we can conclude that H0 is rejected. Then there are differences in effect on student achievement scores between the experimental class and control class. Through these results we can conclude that the use of instructional media berbasi sasirangan fabric patterns can impact the value of student achievement. As for the assessment of cultural awareness, It can be said there has been a good improvement of student achievement scores between before being given to the media after being given media.
Fenomena anak-anak menjadi pengamen di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, seperti halmya fenomena di Kota Banjarmasin. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji factor-faktor sosial dan peran orang tua terhadap kegiatan anak-anak pengamen yang ada di kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak pengamen di Kota Banjarmasin berasal dari keluarga yang kurang mampu dan memiliki pendidikan yang sangat rendah, serta ekonomi yang dibawah, bentuk eksploitasi keluarga terhadap anak-anak tersebut adalah menjadikan mereka sebagai pengamen yang biasanya berada di wilayah lampu merah. Pemerintah juga telah melakukan berbagai macam upaya untuk mengurangi jumlah pengamen anak-anak di jalan kota Banjarmasin, tetapi hasilnya belum maksimal hingga saat ini terutama dalam masa pandemic covid-19 semakin menjamur.
