Covid-19 has become a world pandemic, and Indonesia is among the worse cases. Problems that arise are faced by all parties, including religious elites as well as laypeople. This study was conducted to describe how Muslims in Indonesia responded to and tried to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. The study uses descriptive qualitative methods to collect data by observation, in-depth interview by phone, and online searching documents. From the research conducted, Islamic mass organizations have a relatively similar opinion that limits religious activities supported by various religious arguments. As for laypeople’s behavior, most are the same as mass organizations and Islamic leaders; very few have different behaviors. In anticipation of the virus spreading, most of them restricted religious activities in full by closing down the mosque and stopping public prayers. Few remained active as before the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 telah menjadi pandemi dunia, dan Indonesia termasuk di antara kasus terparah. Permasalahan yang muncul dihadapi semua pihak, baik elit agama maupun awam. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana umat Islam di Indonesia menanggapi dan berusaha mengatasi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam melalui telepon, dan pencarian dokumen secara online. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ormas Islam memiliki pendapat yang relatif sama yaitu membatasi kegiatan keagamaan yang didukung oleh berbagai dalil keagamaan. Adapun perilaku orang awam, sebagian besar sama dengan ormas dan tokoh Islam; sangat sedikit yang memiliki perilaku berbeda. Untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran virus, sebagian besar dari mereka membatasi kegiatan keagamaan secara penuh dengan menutup masjid dan menghentikan sholat umum. Beberapa tetap aktif seperti sebelum pandemi Covid-19.
It is known that the 'electronic structure of atoms' in material physics is microscopic. This atomic structure has an abstract and complicated concept, therefore good analogy skills are needed to study comprehensively. This research develops a free analogy-based material physics module to supply analogy skills to prospective physics teacher students. Module development uses the 4D model namely Define, Design, Development and Disseminate. The feasibility aspects are required based on the presentation, content, and grammar. Data obtained from expert assessment and trials using questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Increased student analogy skills were analyzed using normalized N-gain. The results obtained are: (1) the characteristics of the module that has learning steps such as teaching with analogy models, namely: introducing the concept of targets, reviewing the concept of analogies, identifying the relevant nature of targets and analogies, mapping analogies with targets, identifying analogies that are not relevant to targets, and make conclusions, (2) module quality on atomic electronic structure material developed is categorized as feasible, (3) modules are proven to increase mastery of the concept of atomic electronic structure (N-gain = 54%) and analytical skills prospective teachers physics (N-gain = 56%). The development of physics modules based on free analogies can be applied to other learning, such as biology, chemistry, and mathematics to explain abstract material.
This paper presents understanding da’wah and khatib. Da'wah contains the meaning of an activity to invite people in a wise way to the right path for good, whether in oral, written, or deed, which is done consciously and planned in an effort to achieve welfare and happiness in this world and in the hereafter. In line with that, da'wah according to the term (semantics), contains the meaning of activities that are coaching as an effort to maintain and improve something that has existed before; and can also be defined as development as an activity that leads to renewal or holding something that does not already exist. Khatib in certain situations are sometimes the same as ulama, who as the informal opinion leader are not only considered as Islamic leaders, but are often treated as leaders of social groups or communities whose influence extends beyond the boundaries of religious areas, penetrates into political, social, political aspects, culture, and government.
The successes of web design by learning relates to the pre-service teachers' personality. Unfortunately, the relationship between personality and pre-service teachers' technological pedagogical content knowledge related Web (TPACK-Web) still uncertain. The main objective of this study was to explore the relationship between the Five-Factor Model (FFM) of personality and TPACK-Web of the pre-service teacher in Indonesia (N=309). To examine the correlation among two packages of variables, descriptive statistic, bivariate correlation, and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was applied. The finding presented that the correlation between FFM of personality and TPACK-Web was significant. The most important finding suggested that Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness had a direct effect on the core of TPACK-Web bases (WK, PK, CK), and WPK to WPACK had the strongest effect. Finally, the implication of this study is provided along with suggestions.
Kemampuan penalaran adalah proses berfikir seseorang dalam menghubungkan fakta serta menjelaskan kembali dalam bentuk kesimpulan yang logis. Kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik masih kurang. Maka diperlukan upaya agar peserta didik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengahasilkan LKPD matematika berbasis RME untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research and Development) dengan mengunakan 4-D models yang telah di modifikasi yang terdiri dari define, design, develop and disseminate. Dalam penelitian ini tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan karena keterbatasan waktu dalam penelitian. Uji kelompok besar juga tidak dilaksanakan karena situasi dan kondisi yang sedang dalam masa pandemi covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD matematika berbasis Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) yang dikembangkan telah valid dengan rata-rata nilai validasi adalah 77,71 %. Nilai praktikalitas LKPD yang diperoleh dari angket respon peserta didik berada pada kategori praktis dengan rata-rata 79,81 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD matematika berbasis RME telah valid dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
