Generation Z students mount challenges to develop teaching methods in the millennium era due to their diverse characteristics from the previous generation as they are proficient in utilizing the internet, less attentive to each other and the environment, prefer immediate things regardless of all complex processes they shall go through. This study aims to seek the relationship pattern between Generation Z clusters, teaching methods, and internet usage frequency. This study involved 222 junior high school students in Jakarta. The two-step cluster, cross-tabulation, and correspondence analysis were used for data analysis. The method used is correspondence analysis. The findings indicated that internet usage frequency has a significant relationship with Generation Z clusters and teaching methods. The results concluded that students who use the internet less than five hours prefer the full tutorial method and group assignments, and those who use the internet more than five hours prefer tutorial and field assignments
This study analyses significant factors affecting the level of preparation for the industry 4.0 era related to anxiety about the COVID-19 pandemic on employees in DKI Jakarta. Apart from being influenced by the anxiety of the COVID-19 pandemic, the level of preparation for the industry 4.0 is also differentiated by gender, age, education, marital status, decreasing income, and loyalty. Therefore, companies can arrange the planning related to preparing the industry 4.0 during the COVID-19 pandemic if those factors have been figured out. This study used a quantitative method, and the population of this study is full-time employees in DKI Jakarta. The sample was selected by using the snowball sampling technique distributed to 12 companies in DKI Jakarta. The distribution was conducted through the WhatsApp application for a month, and it was gained 228 respondents. Snowball sampling technique used in correlation with the implementation of large-scale social restrictions caused by COVID-19 pandemic. The data analysis used a multiple linear regression model. The results show that factors affecting the level of employees’ preparation in DKI Jakarta for industry 4.0 related to the anxiety of the COVID-19 pandemic are loyalty and a decrease in income.

The use of information technology trend requires companies to use it in order to compete with competitors. Strategic planning of information system (IS) and information technology (IT) which refer to business strategy should be customized to the company's business processes. The process of finding a future application portfolio is preceded by the discovery of business strategy, IS/IT strategy managemen and IT strategy. The method used is the strategic planning of information system and information technology of Ward and Peppard. The discovery of business strategy through internal and external analysis of the company is done using tools: PEST, SWOT, Porter's five competitive model, Value chain, and CSF. The analysis of the current information systems helps determine the proposed IS and IT plan. The result achieved is strategic system plan and information technology that are appropriate to the company in achieving its business goals.
