The purpose of this study is to examine the criteria and qualifications for choosing managers in educational institutions in our country. Within the scope of the conceptual framework of the study, the research related to the subject was examined and suggestions were made in the context of the results obtained. In this study, the characteristics that education managers should have in the context of criteria and qualifications for choosing managers in educational institutions were examined in our country and a literature review was conducted on the practice of training and appointing an education manager. As a result of the study selection criteria and training in educational institutions in our country within the framework of administrative qualifications to become a manager where it is not among the basic conditions of being a Graduate, Graduate, Bachelor's degree as a teacher is seen as assignment criteria seen enough of it, is not among the basic conditions where, by the Ministry of education of Master's and doctoral degrees in this context, it was determined that had not been taken. In a similar conceptual framework, it has been determined that the roles played by education managers in educational institutions in our country cannot go beyond educational management and that this quality of management has come to the fore. In this minval, it is aimed to contribute to the literature and institutional structures related to the education manager selection, training and appointment system in our country in the context of this study. This study aims to examine the criteria and qualifications for choosing an educational administrator in educational institutions on an international global scale on the basis of some countries in Europe. In this context, the studies conducted in the international framework on determining the criteria and qualifications for choosing managers in educational institutions have been examined and some suggestions have been made in accordance with the results obtained within the scope of the documents. In addition, selection criteria and training in educational institutions within the framework of administrative qualifications with managers to these features by examining international data within the training manager training on a global scale and assignment practices a literature search was conducted. As a result of the study countries examined within the scope of the subject from leading and significant contributions on educational administration and Management Science the European continent in the UK, Germany and France within the framework of administrative qualifications in educational institutions in selection criteria and the basic conditions of being a graduate of a training manager to become among it has been observed that graduate. In the same way, the roles played by education administrators in educational institutions in the countries studied and mentioned in the subject are emphasized as educational and educational leadership processes, while social leadership qualities have been assigned to education administrators.
