El presente artículo tiene como objetivo explicar el grado de participación de los actores locales en los procesos de desarrollo local en las comunidades rurales de la Cuenca Huayña Pasto Grande del municipio de Soracachi, Bolivia. La metodología contempla un nivel de investigación explicativo, se basa en un estudio de campo a través de una encuesta efectuada a nueve comunidades de la Cuenca. Los resultados demuestran que el desarrollo local en las comunidades rurales depende en gran medida de la participación de los actores locales y agentes, como el Gobierno Autónomo Municipal, las organizaciones locales, iglesia, sindicatos, instituciones educativas, centros de salud, Organizaciones No Gubernamentales, productores, asociaciones y la población; en la planificación, la gestión y acción en los modos y procesos de desarrollo. Así, la investigación concluye que existe un alto grado de participación de los actores locales en los proyectos sociales y productivos, además de que la participación de la población, conduce a la identificación de nuevos escenarios y espacios de desarrollo local; ya que son los actores y agentes de desarrollo los que determinan los modos de producción, el proceso de desarrollo y el bienestar de la comunidad en un entorno rural.
<p>La presente investigación tiene como objeto determinar los avances y progresos de las políticas y estrategias implantadas en materia de seguridad alimentaria en Ecuador, en los últimos diez años. Para ello, se realiza una revisión de la literatura en relación a los avances y logros de las políticas y programas implantados desde el Estado y sus instituciones, con el propósito de cumplir los objetivos de la seguridad alimentaria. Se evidencia un esfuerzo destacado por parte del Gobierno en procura de garantizar, la disponibilidad, acceso y consumo de alimentos a la población. No obstante, existen asignaturas pendientes en la concreción de lineamientos y directrices que permitan acciones concretas y sistemáticas; además la incorporación de los actores y agentes del desarrollo en la elaboración y ejecución de programas y proyectos debiera ser coordinada en mayor medida para materializar y garantizar los resultados, la sostenibilidad y mejora de la calidad de vida de la población ecuatoriana.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Palabras claves:</strong> <em>seguridad alimentaria, avances y progresos, políticas y estrategias, población ecuatoriana.</em> </p><p align="center"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p> </p><p>This research aims to assess advance and progress of food security policies and strategies implemented in Ecuador for the last ten years. For this, literature about progress and achievements of State implemented policies and programs - related to food security - has been reviewed. It is evident the effort made by the Government in the search of guaranteeing food availability and access to the population. Still, though, there is the need to establish guidelines for fostering concrete and systematic actions; also, development players and agents’ participation in the implementation of programs and projects needs to be enhanced and coordinated; thus, guarantee outcomes, sustainability, and life quality betterment of the Ecuadorian population.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key words:</strong> <em>food security, advance and progress, policies and strategies, Ecuadorian population.</em> </p><p> </p>
Practices and modes of development planning have focused on researchers, because the development of communities and states depends on them, and it has its importance in all territories, as well as the practices and processes of construction of development. The article aims to identify the practices that rural communities have in relation to local development, specifically addresses the |Aymara communities of Bolivia. To do this, a survey of leaders of the region was carried out; on the other hand, development plans and specialized literature in the field of development have been reviewed. The results establish that local development approaches the theory of endogenous development, given the practices and the role played by actors in the development processes, which involved solid and inclusive participative community organizations, a leading role in the consolidation of productive, organizational and planning systems, based on values, ancestral and cultural customs of territory with a focus on sustainability.
In entrepreneurship, its various theories and elements gain importance in the academic community for the orientation in the professional and entrepreneurial training processes that are being carried out by higher education institutions HEIs. Therefore, this paper provides a systematic review of the published literature based on the determinants of entrepreneurial intention. To that end, an analysis was conducted using bibliometric and network indicators within the Scopus data source, which was restricted to objective search criteria. The main findings show that, since 1943, certain success factors such as: attitude, learning, behavior, economic growth, education, value creation, incubation resources, personality traits, and entrepreneurial intentions have been linked.
