English is essential for children because it is an international language that is al-ways used in various fields, both in the world of work, education, economics, and social. One method of learning for children is by playing while learning. Gamification in the field of education is an educational approach to motivate stu-dents to enjoy learning by applying the game design. The purpose of this study is to approach the learning of English, specifically for children in kindergarten schools so that children will be more interested and feel happy to continue learning. The gamification method uses a mobile phone-based application with video games. Gamification in question is an English language recognition game for children with games. The introduction of English includes three categories, namely numbers, pictures, and spelling. The result is a mobile-based application that can be used by children to play the introduction of English with the concept of gamification. With the existence of gamification, the conception of children who were initially afraid to learn English became brave and more confident. The contribution given through this paper is to motivate children's willingness to learn English through other learning methods, namely gamification. Make children feel comfortable and not afraid to learn new things, especially English.
Seiring dengan kemajuan komputer, teknik pemrosesan gambar menjadi berkembang dengan pesat. Segmentasi citra adalah salah satu bidang dalam pemrosesan gambar untuk mengenali suatu obyek gambar. Salah satu segmentasi citra adalah ekstraksi fitur tepi (edge detection) dan kurva dari sebuah gambar. Paper ini akan memberikan informasi mengenai studi perbandingan teknik deteksi tepi dengan berbagai metode. Perbandingan metode meliputi bentuk objek yang akan dikenali tepinya, tingkat akurasi gambar, waktu eksekusi program dan output yang diberikan. Ada tujuh algoritma deteksi tepi yang digunakan, algoritma ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu orde satu meliputi Sobel, Prewit, Robert, Isotropic, dan Compas. Sedangkan orde dua meliputi Canny dan Laplacian. Hasil percobaan dievaluasi berdasarkan nilai kemiripan dengan citra asli dengan pendekatan MSE dan PSNR. Hasil evaluasi menujukkan bahwa dari 3 citra yang di ujicoba metode canny mendapatkan 2 hasil terbaik dari ketiga citra dengan nilai MSE & PSNR pada citra 1 dan 2 sebesar 246,95 & 3,67 dB dan 249,16 & 2,55 dB.
Face anti-spoof systems are needed in facial recognition systems to ward off attacks that present fake faces in front of the camera or image capture sensor (presentation attack). To build the system, a data set is needed to build a classification model that distinguishes the authenticity of the face of the input image received by the system. In the past decade anti-face spoof research has produced many data sets that are public, but often researchers need time to build or use the right public data sets that are used to build facial anti-spoof models. This article conducts a literature study of public data sets using a systematic literature review method to find out the types of attacks that appear on the facial anti-spoof system, the development process, evolution, and availability of facial anti-spoof data sets. From the search and selection results based on the specified criteria, there were 42 primary research manuscripts in the period 2010 to 2021. The results of the literature study found that there were three trends in the development of anti-spoof facial data sets, namely, 1) data sets with a very large number, 2) datasets with different types of facial samples, and 3) datasets constructed with various devices and sensors. These various public data sets can be accessed freely but with special rules such as agreeing to an end user license agreement document from the researcher or the institution that owns the data set. However, there are also datasets that cannot be accessed due to invalid URLs or due to special rules from the cloud storage service provider where the datasets are stored.
Pembangunan sumber daya manusia menjadi bagian yang penting dalam menunjang pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Salah satu sumber daya manusia yang perlu mendapat perhatian adalah kelompok tani. Gabungan kelompok tani (Gapoktan) merupakan wadah berkumpulnya para petani dan layak dalam mendapatkan prioritas dalam pembangunan bangsa. Gapoktan merupakan organisasi wadah pengembangan petani/kelompok tani yang tumbuh dan berkembang atas dasar kesadaran dan tanggung jawab sosial dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat terutama di wilayah desa/kelurahan. Kemajuan bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang semakin pesat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengolah serta memanfaatkannya dengan baik. Untuk menjawab kebutan tersebut, tim pengabdian pada masyarakat FTI UKDW mengadakan pelatihan komputer dasar dan media sosial bagi Gapoktan Sedyo Makmur. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pendampingan dan pelatihan akan kebutuhan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Kebutuhan penggunaan komputer dan sosial mediameliputi pembuatan surat menyurat, kebutuhan pembuatan laporan keuangan, pembuatan proposal dan model pemasaran produk hasil pertanian menjadi peran penting dalam model penggunaan komputer dan sosial media yang dibutuhkan oleh kelompok pertanian. Pelatihan komputer dasar dan media sosial ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi pilot project untuk penerapan digital marketing produk hasil pertanian. Dari hasil pelatihan didapatkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta sebesar 14,48 % untuk pengunaan Microsoft word, 9,23 % untuk penggunaan Microsoft Excel dan 2,87 % untuk penggunaa Sosial Media yang meliputi whatsapp business, instagram dan marketplace tokopedia.
PT. XYZ is a company that supplies automotive spare parts with a complex business workflow. One project consists of several jobs involving a series of steps and different sections of the department. In this study, we developed a web-based project tracking system using rapid application development based on a set of user requirements. The system was tested using black box testing which indicated success in response to its functionality. The result successfully provided employees the means to select a job according to their order, upload files, write notes, and pass the job to the next section when done. For Inspection and Assembly, the testing showed success for returning jobs to Design when revisions were required. Assembly was also able to declare project completion when every job has been fully executed by its respective sections. Every stage of the project was successfully recorded which provided information on the progress of each project to the management. Furthermore, our testing also found the system to be capable of providing a facility for customer to track the progress and duration of their project anywhere and anytime by entering a project code.
