Juragan Konveksi is a home industry whose production process is still conventional. Based on the initial observations, there are 3 workstations whose operators often experience injuries, including the pattern cutting station, the sewing process station, and the finishing station. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work injury on the operator. The methods used are RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) and REBA (Rapid Entire BodyAssessment). From the results of the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire calculation, there are four operators who have a high level of risk, namely the pattern cutting process with a score of 80 and 77, and the sewing process with a score of 71 and 73, and two operators have a very high-risk level in the finishing process. with a score of 92 and 103. From the RULA score on the sewing process operator, a score of 6 was obtained, which means that further investigation is needed, and changes must be made immediately. Then for the REBA score on the pattern cutting and finishing process operators get a value of 8 and 10 which means there is a high risk of injury/muscle disorders. This means that it is necessary to make improvements to the productionprocess to reduce work injuries for operators.

Angka jutaan dari populasi kendaraan sepeda motor membutuhkan perawatan atau servis rutin agar motor tetap prima. Semakin banyak pengguna sepeda motor di Indonesia, semakin banyak pula bengkel-bengkel non resmi yang bermunculan, bagi penyedia jasa, untuk dapat bersaing dengan penyedia jasa yang lain harus selalu menjaga kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Analisis dimensi kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepuasan konsumen sangat diperlukan bagi perusahaan untuk memberi pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan bengkel motor “ABC”, apakah sudah sesuai dengan yang diinginkan pelanggan. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan menggunakan konsep SERVQUAL untuk mengetahui apakaha ada gap antara pelayanan yang tersdia dengan harapan yang konsumen. Kemudian menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mencari prioritas perbaikan. Dari perhitungan servqual didapatkan hasil bahwa pelayanan bengkel “ABC” tidak berkualitas dan dari IPA diperoleh sebanyak 9 atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan. Pada awalnya Everall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan sebuah bentuk modifikasi dari Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengukurnilaioverall equipment effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin printing amplas kertas PT UAI. OEE adalahukuran tingkat efektivitas pemakaian suatu mesin/peralatan dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin, performansi dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2019, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase OEE dari mesin printing Amplas kertas adalah 35,9%. Nilai tersebut berada di bawah nilai standar OEE dunia yaitu 85%. Dengan masing-masing nilai komponen perhitungan OEE adalah Availability Rete sebesar 99,6%, Performance Rate sebesar 71,4%, dan Quality Rate sebesar 50,1%. Tidak terpenuhinya nilai OEE di perusahaan tersebut karena nilai dari Quality Rate pada pperusahaan tersebut yang sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 50,1%sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan faktor-faktor nilai OEE, khususnya untuk menaikkan nilai dari Quality Rate.
