The object of pedagogical knowledge are those phenomena of reality that determine the development of an individual in purposeful social activity. Pedagogy tends to penetrate all vocations that impact individuals in the context of their education and education. The author of this article established the role of pedagogy in operational activity, drawing an important conclusion that the influence of the activities of employees of the operational services on Russian citizens is often associated with the council and education of the latter. The author explains the provisions of the current legislation that denote the pedagogical orientation of operational activities, emphasizing its importance not only in the process of training ordinary employees, but in the management of operational services. Pedagogy mobilizes and disciplines the work of an operational unit and the implementation of educational functions.

This article is devoted to the description of the experience of the volunteer activities of lecturer groups of the Ryazan branch of the V. Kikot Moscow University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia. Peculiarities of forming professional psychological and pedagogical competencies of law students and cadets of universities the Ministry of the Interior, while giving public lectures, are illustrated. Cadets study in details the subject on which they are going to speak to schoolchildren, study their psychological and age characteristics, psychology of public speech, the basics of eloquence. Future lecturers do some kind of test run in front of other cadets, after that they have the possibility to analyse their own mistakes righting wrongs. While real public lectures, cadets study to speak in front of various categories of audience: in front of a group of several people, one school grade or in a full assembly hall. Lectures on the same topic can be held for students of different ages and for different categories of children: for students of ordinary schools, boarding schools, gymnasiums and lyceums; for law-abiding children and for those who are registered by juvenile departments. The article shows how giving public lectures in a lecturer group can form the professional competences of a law enforcement officer.

Attention is drawn to the fact that today there are many situations when one has to sacrifice one person for the sake of saving others, which is called "collisions of lives". The current state of medicine in the context of the spread of COVID-19 infection has given rise to another of these options. The sharp spread of morbidity has created circumstances of the availability of limited resources with increased needs for them. This puts doctors in a position where they have to choose between the lives of patients. The article is devoted to the analysis of such cases. The study analyzed the opinions of scientists, documents of professional communities on the actions of doctors when providing assistance to patients with coronavirus. Examples of judicial practice and the results of a sociological survey of doctors are given. The purpose of this article is a legal analysis of situations of collision of lives that have arisen in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.

Цель. В названиях и содержании научных публикаций по уголовному праву часто встречается термин «уголовно-право-вое обеспечение». При этом их авторы практически никогда не уделяют необходимого внимания определению данного поня-тия. Оно преподносится как заведомо понятное и не вызывающее вопросов. В целом «правовое обеспечение» как юридиче-ская категория было введено в научный оборот во второй половине прошлого века в административном праве. Именно в этой отрасли права оно и получило наибольшее распространение. В настоящей статье автор обращается к публикациям по раз-личным отраслям права, связанным с рассматриваемой темой, для разработки собственного понятия, предназначенного для использования в научном обороте по уголовному праву. Методология: диалектика, абстрагирование, анализ, синтез, дедук-ция, формально-юридический метод, метод межотраслевых юридических исследований, экспертный опрос. Выводы. Уго-ловно-правовое обеспечение имеет сложный характер и включает в себя несколько элементов. Первый -правоформирова-ние (правообразование), рассматривается и как процесс (правотворчество и предшествующее ему научное обоснование), и как результат (факт наличия совокупности правовых средств). Второй элемент -реализация правовых средств (норм права) в процессе регулирования общественных отношений. Обобщая приведенные в научных публикациях различные точки зрения, автор дает собственное определение уголовно-правовому обеспечению. При этом делается отграничение от смежных кате-горий. Сделанные выводы подтверждаются результатом социологического исследования. Научная и практическая значи-мость. Проведенное исследование развивает и совершенствует понятийный аппарат науки уголовного права, что позволит в дальнейшем избегать неопределенности толкования одних и тех же понятий.
