In increasing their productivity and attitudes in serving the community, every work they do should be considered meaningful both for themselves and for others. Many aspects influence the emergence of meaningful work, including the spiritual leadership style applied by the leader to his subordinates, the spirituality factor in the workplace that affects, and the internal need factors that are reflected in the form of self-transcendence. This is where the strategic function of the institution plays a role in coordinating and integrating spiritual leadership, spiritual workplace, self-transcendence within the individual and the creation of meaningful work is based on the principle of benefits both for themselves and for society so that the function of the Government as a public servant can run well. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship between spiritual leadership and spirituality in the workplace towards self-transcendence and realizing meaning in work (Meaningful Work). The population of this study was ASN from 5 agencies and agencies under the Bengkulu city government, namely the Education Office, the Population and Civil Registration Service, the Health Service, the Tourism Office, the Youth and Sports Service. The number of samples was 150 people by convenience sampling method. The research method begins with validity and reliability testing with Confirmatory Factor Analysis. This is followed by an explanation of the statistical descriptions related to the respondent's profile, hypothesis testing using the SEM method by taking into account the goodness of fit test. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted except the hypothesis of the effect of spiritual leadership on meaningful work by mediating self-transcendence.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to increase the degree of job performance from public service employees in Bengkulu City. Sample of research include 60 civil servants in the Local Government Unit (SKPD) Bengkulu from Regional Employment Agency (BKD), Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), Narcotics Board (BNN Kota Bengkulu) and Kesbanglinmas using multiple regression analysis. Sample determined by convenience sampling method. This research concludes that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant effect on employee performance in public sector of Bengkulu City . This research aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and innovative behavior to increase the degree of employee job performance. The research of the population was permanent employees from the Faculty of Economics and Business and Faculty of Teaching and Education Science which amount to 80 people determined by the convenience sampling method. The research method starting by running a pretest using Cronbach Alpha and factor analysis continue by validity and reliability test using Confirmator y Factor Analysis. Next, we are using multiple regression analysis to test theoretical analysis. The results of these studies show a significant effect between transformation leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. Besides that, the effect also emerged from the influence of innovation behavior to employee job performance even though not as significant as the two previous variables.
Emotional labor is an emotional management strategy carried out by employees who interact face to face or communicate directly with customers. This topic is crucial when emotional labor affects the work results of both individual and company performances. Job satisfaction and turnover intentions are two important things affected by emotional labor (surface acting and deep acting). In addition to emotional labor, job satisfaction and turnover intentions can also be affected by employees' perceived of organizational support. This research was conducted to examine the mediation effects on the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intentions and the relationship between employees' perceived of organizational support and turnover intentions. By analyzing data on 152 frontline employees of X Bank of Bekasi branch office, it was revealed that job satisfaction only mediated total relationship between deep acting and turnover intentions, and mediated partial relationship between perceived of organizational support and turnover intentions. Considering that this research was limited to the scope of X Bank of Bekasi branch office, a wider sampling can be suggested for future research so that the research findings can be generalized more broadly.
