This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of implementation of government internal control system on the organizational performance in Post-Harvest Agency, Ministry of Agriculture. The government internal control system is measured on five dimensions, namely control environment, risk evaluation, control activity, information and communication, and monitoring. The the organizational performance is measured on five dimensions, namely productivity, service quality, responsivity, responsibility, and accountability. This research uses the analytical-quantitative method. The samples of this research are drawn 58 respondents from 137 civil servants in Post-Harvest Agency. The data of this research is collected by using observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data is statistically analyzed by using Weight Mean Score, Spearman Rank Correlation, and Coefficient Determination. The results of this research indicate three findings. Firstly, the analysis by Weight Mean Score indicates the mean score of implementation of government internal control system 4.09, categorized as good and the mean score of organizational performance 4.19, categorized as good. Secondly, the analysis by Rank Spearman Correlation gains the coefficient correlation 0.566 that has a middle relationship of implementation of government internal control system to organizational performance. Thirdly, the analysis by Coefficient Determination indicates that the influence of implementation of government internal control system contributes to organizational performance 32.0%.Keywords: Organizational Performance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Government Internal Control System.
This study aims to determine the effect of work rotation on employee performance RSUD Ciawi. The method used is the method of associative research, data collection in the form of observation, interview, and questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is Probability Sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The correlation used in this study is Rank Spearman correlation, with the number of samples of 55 (fifty five) people. The results showed that the correlation between work rotation variables and employee performance variable was 0.490 in medium relations category, and significant. Significant means the correlation is significant at the level / level of 1%. In this study work rotation affect performance as much as 24.01%. Suggestions in this study that need to be improved again on the dimension of experience, rotation should be done based on the length of time and work experience, because the experience of employees will affect with the work of employees. Companies were starting to fix the impact of the pandemic by carrying out various marketing communication strategies. Instagram was still the choice of marketing communication media after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study examined the marketing communication strategy by IPC Residence on Instagram to strengthen the company's post-pandemic promotions. The study examined respondents' responses to four factors of marketing communication in social media: communication, context, connectedness, and collaboration. The research used quantitative methods with questionnaire data collection tools. Collecting data on 100 respondents and measuring the Weight Mean Score found an average value of 4.49 on the four marketing communication factors in social media. The characteristics of the respondents represented the diversity and representativeness of the characteristics of customers and prospective customers of IPC Residence. The results indicated that IPC Residence has successfully carried out marketing communications through Instagram. These results denoted the company's hope for an excellent recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic.
The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program
